Let this stunning updated 2BR/2BA beach oasis be your next home-away-from-home in beautiful Flagler Beach. Perfectly situated on A1A just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and the buildings own private beach access.

This spacious 1121-square-foot 2-bedroom, 2-bath dog friendly condo ($150 pet fee) has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway.

The primary bedroom has a King-sized bed, updated bathroom with walk in shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser, as well as ample dresser & closet space, Smart TV and DVD player.

The second bedroom has both Queen and Twin sized beds, complete with new mattresses and linens, ample dresser & closet space, Smart TV & DVD player. It’s also equipped with a desk, computer monitor and printer, for the traveler who needs dedicated workspace. High speed internet is also included. The guest bathroom has a full-sized tub with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser.

The living room has its own queen-sized pull-out couch with memory foam mattress, Smart TV, DVD player plus DVD’s, and X-Box 360 plus games for the gamers in your family. Kitchen is well-equipped with Kitchen Aid and Samsung appliances, as well as toaster oven, regular and K-Cup coffee maker, oversized toaster. Dining room comfortably seats six at the table (also has an extra leaf). This units sixth floor west-facing balcony overlooks the Ocean Palm Golf Course and Halifax River for gorgeous sunsets every night.

The building amenities include large pool, tennis/pickle ball court, shuffleboard, gym, on-site same floor laundry, grilling area, private underground parking and ample parking outside the building. Walk out the amenities deck and across A1A to enjoy a private, tranquil, dog friendly beach where you won’t have issues with social distancing.

Only three miles from downtown Flagler Beach, this condo offers the best of both worlds. Enjoy the quiet tranquility of your own beach or the hustle and bustle of downtown Flagler, with its famous Pier. Great food and shopping are only a short drive away. Only 26 miles to Daytona Beach, 36 miles to downtown St. Augustine, and 72 miles to Orlando make day tripping from this condo easy to do.

Included in the unit – high speed internet, basic cable, coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, football, basketball, volleyball, frisbee, paddle ball, beachball, golf clubs (two righthanded sets), and ring door bell.

Nice place

Nice clean place but not very child/ family friendly. Some people are residents there and they are not to fond about vacationers and their children. Pretty strict rules as well but had a nice vacation over all.

Chris was great to deal with. The place was clean, and well stocked. Chris let us know that the pool was going to be closed during our stay due to cleaning, renovations. We would consider staying at the condo again in the future.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our time in Flagler Beach and the condo was definitely part of that. The space was perfect for our group. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was also nice. We enjoyed walking across the street to the beach and putting our feet in the ocean. The neighbors we met were all very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great condo

We had a wonderful time at our stay at Flagler Beach. Great communication with owner (he even called during our stay to be sure we were ok after there had been tornados in our ares). Very well equipped condo. Even our dogs totally enjoyed their first vacation! We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay

The property is a bit older but you wouldn't know it at this rental. It is updated throughout and is very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. No loud neighbors and we had the beach pretty much to ourselves.

Great place to stay to unwind but not far from all of the action.

Our family stayed here for a few days before heading to Disney. Flagler is a cute beach town with some great restaurants, wonderful beach that are not overcrowded, shops and boutiques and a few chain stores close by fkr the things you forgot or ran out of. Yet Daytona is a short drive if you want all the touristy things. This condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The owners make you feel welcome and spoil you with some "extras". Communicating with them was quick and easy. I didn't particularly care for the parking pot in the garage, but that's just me. We certainly had other places to park.The beach access right across the street was damaged and not available to use, but the next one available to us wasn't too far away. There were several accesses damaged due to a hurricane. No ones fault, just not as convenient as we thought. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet beach place

Chris, owner, is kind, responsive, understanding...great! Thank you! Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking! The balcony has beautiful sunset views (place is not facing the ocean). Pool & tennis/pickle ball court are very nice & are across from the ocean. The beach is slightly sloped and many pieces of shells-both make it not too enjoyable to take walks. There weren't many people at the beach-more of a quiet place/pace.

Great place

The directions to the condo were good, maps didn't want to agree till we got closer to it. The condo itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and stocked nicely with many basic necessities. This was greatly appreciated! The owner responded quickly to every message, but there was no need to reach out after check in. Great location and close to the beach. My only wish was that it was facing the beach rather than the golf course. But the price most likely would have been higher. Would totally stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone coming to Fragler Beach.

Nice Place

Overall it was a good place, we had a few hiccups when we arrived (maybe vrbo messaging issue) as we did not receive the information to get into the facility, but once we contacted them, they were able to quickly get us taken care of. Nice neighborhood (great food nearby), and the neighbors in the facility were all very nice as well. The place was clean to the eye but I think it needs a deep clean as after walking around on the floor with my bare feet they were dirty. Dust under the beds and hard to reach places, I would have cleaned these things myself as I had a child crawling but there were the bare minimum supplies for me to do so. I went through 1 bag of baby wipes just cleaning the floors. There wasn't a sponge to clean the dishes and barely any dish soap for us during our 5 day stay. I was there for work, so it wasn't a big deal, but overall it just would have made a better impression if everything was clean and supplies and necessities were stocked.

Our Speed Week Home

No regrets at choosing this very nice condo for our speed week stay. Short drive to the track without having to deal with all the traffic. Very comfortable for 4 adults, well appointed, needed nothing. Great location for everything beach., and loved the secure parking garage. Truly everything you need for your stay.

Great condo in Flagler Beach

Definitely the best equipped and outfitted VRBO we've stayed in, anywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this 6th floor condo with a great balcony from which you can enjoy the setting sun. This condo is especially spacious for a two-bedroom and offers everything you need for the perfect Flagler Beach getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming Beachfront condo

From the minute before you arrive you feel welcome. The host texted me and was very flexible with our checking. He was so kind right from the start. When you walk into the unit you know you are on vacation. The real surprise was how well the kitchen was stocked. He had so many extra touches. We brought out grand dog and he had a raise feeding station with extra bowls. The unit it right on A1A so the beach is at your doorstep. Lovely place to stay!

If you're looking for a relaxing getaway this is your place. Located in quaint Flagler Beach which is a complete throw back to the Florida beach towns from the 50's & 60's. Just about all the businesses are small mom and pops, other than a 7-11 there are no corporate chains beach side at all. Great food, sight seeing, and relaxing can be had in this super cute, pet friendly beach town.

The beach and most of the restaurants are all pet friendly.
The city is filled with a ton of great small businesses, the only corporate chain that is beach side is the 7-11.
