New Orleans Vacation

The "Big Easy" was a perfect place for 3 couples, it had 3 very nice bedrooms each with a bathroom and a very large living area with a balcony. The unit is located in a quiet area but still close enough to walk to everything. Communication with Christian and others was always easy and fast. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning sometime in the future.

Our overall stay was great, I have stayed at several VRBO over the last view years this I would rate top of the list. Location was ideal for going out and seeing quite a few of the sights of New Orleans.

This property has it all - great location, ample space, super-clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the terrace which is cleverly arranged for privacy. All communications and check in/out were efficient and easy. Appreciated the storage locker for luggage on both arrival and departure days. Would definitely come back and refer others!

Fantastic apartment within walking distance to all amenities. Prompt service to a small issue experienced on arrival. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Great location and large social area to mingle for predrinks before our group of 6 went on our night out.

Nice Penthouse in Quiet Neighborhood

My friends and I enjoyed our stay as it's a nice penthouse in a quiet location and easy to get around. There was a nice welcome basket and sodas in the fridge. But we were a little surprised that it's decorated like a regular hotel instead of something more fitting for a penthouse, something with character. The rug in the middle bedroom needs a steaming as the part of the rug under the bed is a different color. I was surprised that we needed to take out the trash as that also seems out of line with renting a penthouse. Overall we enjoyed our stay but a little tweaking might be in line for future guests.

5 star all the way for PH5. The cleanliness of PH5 was outstanding. The decor was lovely. We did not cook while there but did notice kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. Such a nice touch leaving snacks, cold drinks and water for us. Would definitely stay again. Thank You!

This was the best place we have ever stayed in NOLA. We will definitely be back. Family of 6 never felt cramped at all. The kids loved the balcony and hanging out in the spacious living room. We were close enough to all the fun spots but far enough to not hear any of it. Loved the snacks and drinks when we arrived after being in the car for a few hours.

This was an amazing condo! It is beautiful and spic and span clean. The area is quiet, clean and safe for walking to the riverfront or French Quarter (about a 10 minute walk). The beds are very comfortable, as is the den sofa, which my husband very clearly appreciated!

Our group of 6 absolutely loved our stay at this rental. It matched the photos, had beautiful touches that made it feel homey, and we never felt cramped. It is a short drive to the main touristy places and there is plenty of nightlife nearby as well. We would definitely stay here again.
