The location is perfect. You can even see Dollywood and the island Ferris wheel from the balcony! So relaxing. The hot tub was perfect after long hikes and family fun! Def will return for more memories!

The view is beyond stunning. We barely left the cabin, just because of it.

Incredible Views But Disappointing Stay

I’m writing this review to warn anyone looking to rent the property to take a look at how much the hostess fees are compared to the rental fee. We knew the fees would be high, but also expected the quality of the property to match the expense of the fees. However, this property doesn’t meet the expectation that should be required for the price. The views are beautiful, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the property truly takes away from the enjoyment, as well as how outdated the property is. The carpets are filthy (stains everywhere), and the hardwoods were so sticky I had to wear socks the entire time. We also had 2 large hairballs come out of the upstairs jacuzzi. Our expectations of this property, did not match the cost it was to rent/hostess fee. Additionally, th second night our air conditioner wouldn’t turn on, and we had to sleep with our kids downstairs. I think the outdated interior and the air conditioner problem would be much more acceptable if the hostess fees weren’t so outrageous along with the dirtiness of the property. Simultaneously, the property manager responded quickly after we expressed our concerns, but all that was communicated was “I’m sorry.” It appears that their willingness to make money off the property is more concerning than pleasing their customers. Renters beware.

Fun Family Vacay

The cabin was as pictured. The views are outstanding. Watched the fireworks from Dollywood every night. My teen girls enjoyed sitting in the hot tub every night. The only complaint we had was with the large windows, the cabin heats up during the day. It was 80 degrees upstairs in the loft area. It did eventually cool down during the night. Despite that one little issue, we really enjoyed our stay at the cabin.

Perfect Getaway

This is I believe our 4th time staying at this cabin. We always enjoy our stay. Cabin location is close to town and in a good neighborhood. The cabin views are what keeps bringing us back. Perfect place to getaway and relax.

Nice and quiet

The area is great, the view is beautiful. My tween really enjoyed sitting on the balcony swing all day. The cabin itself is not that great. All of the furniture is old, my partner actually injured himself on one of the small couches downstairs bc the frame pokes out. The upstairs loft is not organized well at all. They crammed a bunch of game tables and leave little room for moving around. It makes playing the games extremely difficult too. I didn’t like that there is only one shower and one tub but we made it work. There was rat droppings in one of the upstairs drawers and the shower had mildew. All of the utensils were really old and some were rusty. The location is what really sells this place. I probably won’t rent this particular cabin again but I’ll definitely try to stay in the same area.

Best view in the smokies

This is our second time at this cabin. You won’t get views better than this. It is located in a neighborhood close to town. Very convenient. You can see Dollywoods fireworks nightly from the cabin. It’s the perfect getaway to relax and take in all the beauty! We will be back!

Possibly the best view in Tennessee.

The unobstructed views from this cabin, are enough to make you want to book another visit. You get a sunset view every night and pretty good privacy from neighbors! However, if the cabin didn't have this outstanding view, it would not be enough to stand out or make me want to eagerly return. It is very sparse on kitchen ware, and starting to show its age in a few spots. I would advise to bring a little more of your own stuff. Things like adult size bath towels, a few pots and pans, something to store food in during the week, to improve your vacation experience. The cabin was appropriately clean, other than some aging carpet. Washer and Dryer were nice to have. The beds are ok. The view is what makes this cabin a winner. It will be hard to find a place with a better view, any where.

Beautiful and Peaceful

We loved this cabin! The view was excellent and in a perfect location. The property managers were easy to get in touch with. Overall a great experience. My kids are already asking when are we coming back!

Best view possible

I truly do not believe there is another property that has such an amazing view with privacy on the decks at the same time. We enjoyed watching many sunsets from our deck and then hours of fun with foosball and air hockey. Very clean cabin and quick responses any time we had questions. Microwave didn't heat or hace working light under it but we just used the stove and pans for reheating anything we needed to reheat. Would definitely stay again.

Gatlinburg Vacation

40th Birthday weekend

The cabin was beautiful, and there are so many things to do. Although we had bad weather, there was plenty to keep us busy, and we just enjoyed being in the cabin. Would visit again.

Cute cabin

When we checked in, the cabin had not been cleaned from the previous people renting. It was not on the calendar so we had to wait an additional two hours before we could check in. The fireplace did not work. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Christmas vacation

Best location and awesome view. Property is just as described. The best view of sunset and the Dollywood fireworks every night were awesome. We got snow on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the boys loved playing pool. Zach was great to work with after we lost power. I would highly recommend this house.

Fantastic views!

This property was very clean, well located and had phenomenal views. The bed was comfortable and amenities were as listed. We watched the Dollywood fireworks from the deck, and the soft sound of the train added a quaint and cozy touch.

Breathtaking views

We stayed here on our honeymoon and this place was amazing! The views were even better than I could’ve imagined. Nights in the hot tub hearing the sound of the train horn coming from Dollywood and the spectacular fireworks show (on weekend) were by far my favorite things . We will definitely be back ❣️

Perfect Honeymoon

This cabin is perfect. It has beautiful views, a hot tub, close to Dollywood and only a 15-20 minute drive to Gatlinburg. My husband and I enjoyed this little cabin! The only downside is we thought the beds were uncomfortable and the fireplace was not working properly. ( I did not contact the owner about the fireplace as it was not a huge issue for us- I’m sure he would have addressed the issue if so)

Great Location and View

This cabin and location were great. The view of the mountains and Dollywood were awesome. We got to watch the Dollywood fireworks from the balcony one night and it seemed like we had our own private fireworks show.
