Velkommen til vores condo, "Solrig og stol" @ Gulf Dunes # 314! Med en førsteklasses højde i 4. sal er vores ejerlejlighed smukt møbleret og udstyret! Vi har et renoveret køkken og badeværelser, et stort walk-in bruser med glasdøre, flisegulve overalt (intet bruttotæppe) og smukke møbler og indretning! GRATIS STRAND SERVICE INKLUDERET!
Vi har forudbetalt for din strandservice, hvilket betyder 2 stole plus paraply per dag, hvilket normalt er $ 245 / uge!

Gulf Dunes 314 kan sove 6 med en King master suite (ny madras november, 2019,) gang dobbelt køjer til børnene og en opgraderet hukommelse skum sovesofa i vores lædersofa uden bar i midten! Vi har smukke møbler inklusive en opgraderet sovesofa i læder, en lænestolstol, opgraderede udemøbler (ikke det billige plastik, som de fleste condos har), og vi tilbyder et renoveret køkken med kvartsskabe, blødt tæt hvidt rysterskab og er fuldt udstyret med keramikskåle og Rachel Ray køkkengrej og bagværk. Derudover har vi et 55 ”fladskærms SMART-tv i stuen og et stort SMART fladskærms-tv i master suite, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i lejligheden, og vi tilbyder gratis WIFI!

Gulf Dunes 314 tilbyder 2 svømmebassiner (en sæsonopvarmet), 2 strandvandrere, strandservice, tennisbane, elevator og motionsrum. Inden for hurtig gåafstand er restauranten "AJ's Oyster Shanty", "Stewbys" skaldyrrestaurant og minigolf / is! Vores gæster elsker også restauranten kaldet “Golfen”, som er meget tæt - frisk fisk og skaldyr direkte på bugten med en fantastisk udendørs spiseplads. Plus vi er en fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på Boardwalk, fiskeribro (fyrværkeri ugentligt om sommeren), AdventureZone, Gulfarium og mange gode restauranter og butikker plus en tæt købmandsforretning, Publix. Vi er en hurtig køretur til Destin, men vi elsker vores strande, fordi de er mindre overfyldte end Destin!

This place had it all. Great view, easy access to the beach and beach setup included with the stay. They had everything you could need or want in the condo, will definitely stay there again.

Great Property

We decided to take a last minute trip for our 10-year anniversary with our 3 kids. This property was great. Beach was an easy walk, it never felt crowded, and the pool was great.

Sunny and Chair

Wow, from the moment we stepped thru the door and saw our view of the gulf, we were amazed! Sunny and Chair was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The condo is cute and comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked with every item you would need during your stay, the host was great too as we extended our stay because we loved it so much. Truly awesome! We would def stay here again!

Rest and Relaxation

The unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean and offered all items needed to make our stay complete. We were very impressed with the gift bag and drink holders left for us along with a note from the host wishing us a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back!

Down to visit friends. Lovely time in FT Walton. So enjoyed the condo and its location.

Great condo ! Super clean. Beach was amazing and enjoyed the heated pool and pickleball courts. Lots of locally owned restaurant nearby with live music and a Publix minutes away. Super convenient.

Awesome!

We were completely satisfied with our stay. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities as described. It is a beautiful beachfront condo with easy access to the beach and within walking distance of popular restaurants. Highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Most perfect way to end our summer family vacation. We could not get enough of that view. Convenient location. Everything was clean and exactly what was advertised and more. We will definitely be back again! We recommended Stewbys, delicious fresh food.

Beach vacation

This property was fantastic. The owners were responsive when i couldn't find trash bags, and the small details in the property made all the difference. They had beach essentials available to use, and the beach service made life at the beach super easy. The place was so clean, which seems tricky with all the sand outside. Easy access to the beach is a major plus. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This condo is a great home base for a family beach vacation. The bed in the master is AMAZINGLY comfortable (I mention this because it’s always the thing I’m most disappointed in with rentals), and the bunk beds were very comfortable for our kids. The included chair service makes a day at the beach so much easier (especially with kids), and it is only a minute or two from the condo to the pool or beach. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future!

Great getaway

We love traveling to Fort Walton Beach, and have stayed in several different properties. This was a perfect fit for our family of four. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we appreciated the king sized bed with a really comfy mattress, which is a detail often skimped on in rental properties. They also took the time to put a few cute decorations up for our son’s birthday, which we were celebrating during our stay...so sweet and thoughtful!

Restful Vacation Beautiful Beach!

We were instantly impressed the moment we arrived at how clean and thought out the condo was presented. It’s a must to have a comfortable king bed as we have stayed in nice condos before with awful beds which ruined our trip! The king bed felt like a dream and gave us the rest that we needed. The view is as spectacular and we had every thing we needed including beach chairs! Thank you … we will be back!

Fudpucker Reunion

We had a wonderful time getting back together with fiends and the condo was perfect for our visit! It was an easy walk to the tournament and to restaurants and bars near by. We loved hanging out of the deck watching the dolphins and walking to the beach to see the rays that were playing on the water. We would definitely stay there again! Check in was super easy and I always had prompt responses from the owner/manager on any question. Oh and Hungry Hokies pizza was delicious!

Great unit with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation!!!

We are a family of three and this unit was perfect for us! We have stayed in this unit twice now and will probably stay here again. Had to contact the property manager on both stays for questions that did not pertain to issues with the unit itself. She addressed my concerns

Amazing view!

My favorite part of this property was the view from the balcony! Everything was very clean. Good appliances. Bed was very comfy. Property manager was so helpful with all our questions before getting there. My only complaint would be that the bedroom stayed warmer then the rest of the place. Make sure to keep the ceiling fan on to help with that. Would stay here again!

Perfect Blessed Home

I absolutely loved this place! My stay here was a long stay as monthly rental off season and it was very relaxing. I loved waking and falling asleep to the waves. The place was very cleaned when I checked in, the managers were very communicative and the unit was spacious with light yet tranquil colors. I absolutely loved how much natural light there is in the unit. The only thing I was disappointed (not owner or management issues) is that the condo hours for the gym are short, so for those like me who this was home and had to work, it was hard to make it to the gym…in which case beach walks were regularly executed :-). Thank you for letting make this my home for few months…if I haven’t bought after season, I would def come back and recommend!!

Decent for the price

The good: 1. Great view 2. Updated fixtures The bad: 1. The master bed is soft and uncomfortable. I had to sleep in the the hallway bunk. 2. The refrigerator handle was broken when we Arrived. The middle shelf in the refrigerator Is not safe to set heavy items on. 3. There only closet in the unit was had a broken Broken chair and vacuum in it that limited our Closet space. 4. Master bedroom is right across from elevator Door so you hear anyone coming out of Elevators when you are sleeping.

Great stay on the Beach

This place was clean with beach access. Also, walking distance to several restaurants. We were here for a wedding and it was pretty perfect. Will be looking to book again on our next trip there.

Perfect location

This Condo was as described. The pros outweighed any minor cons we had. To start, I love how easy it was to communicate with our manager, Kris. Very helpful and very responsive. The location and proximity to the beach was the biggest draw. Watching dolphins in the AM from the patio was a daily occurrence. The condo was on the smaller side compared to some of our previous rentals but was perfect for our 5yo & 8yo. Even though this unit was directly by the elevator, it was very quiet at night. The only complaint, which is very minor, there is a light that does slightly shine In through the shutter blinds in the main bedroom. I would maybe suggest a single pull curtain to block that light out. It is listed in the rental agreement, so no surprises, but no beach towels/cooler/sand toys are included with the rental property. Just something to be aware of. Other than that, the chair attendants were very kind, the nearby restaurants were good (expect a long wait if you choose to eat out for dinner, shorter/no wait times for lunches). The ocean can be crystal clear one day and murky the next, which some very kind locals said is normal for July/August time.

Hello from the beach! Originally from North Dakota, we followed our hearts to the beach and never looked back! We live and work in the sunshine and absolutely love it here - our two kids do too! We love to share our little slice of paradise with other beach lovers - welcome to our home away from home!

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We fell in love with Okaloosa Island - less than 7 miles from Destin, yet it feels worlds away! Not nearly as crowded and touristy as Destin, but still easy access. We are surrounded by so many amazing restaurants and things to do - many just a quick walk away. Okaloosa Island does not have high rises, so the lower density means fewer people on the beach. You won't find multiple rows of beach chairs stacked so far away that you can't even see the water!

Our location can't be beat! We've traveled the world and have seen beaches in Greece, Italy, Mexico, The Bahamas, Jamaica, Haiti, Honduras, California and none of those beaches compared to ours. The crystal white sand and emerald green water is spectacular. We can't wait to share it with you!
