Dette hjem administreres professionelt af Beach Habitats 30A, leveres med fire cykler og adgang til vandfarvefaciliteter.

Med plads til op til 10, er WaterColor Getaway perfekt til to familier og er ideelt beliggende i WaterColor’s Park District (fase 1), i gåafstand til Beach Club, Western Lake og Seaside.

Første sal har et køkken skabt af en prisvindende Atlanta-designer, som er ideel til tilberedning af gourmetmåltider eller en enkel forretter. Den åbne spiseplads og trendy stue gør WaterColor Getaway fremragende til store sammenkomster. Opholdsområdet er komplet med et stort fladskærms-tv.

En indbydende veranda med tre fans og moderne udendørs møbler er et fantastisk sted at slappe af efter en dag med at udforske stierne. Afslutningen af første sal er to soveværelser, to badeværelser og en vaskekrog. Kongen soveværelse har et tv, et privat komplet bad med brusebad og et boblebad til nød. Dronningen soveværelse deler hall badeværelset. På anden sal finder du en anden koningsmester komplet med walk-in bruser og boblebadekar.

Beautifully decorated with high ceilings and very clean. The house cools down easily too. They do provide bikes but it is also walking distance to everything. We definitely recommend this Home. Beautiful home and great setup for a family. Even with the downstairs bedrooms, you can close the hallway door to block noise between the living areas and bedrooms. Amazing location that made it easy to walk to the beach, Seaside, and quickly drive to other parts of Watercolor. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay!

A convenient, excellent choice.

Our family had a delightful New Year's visit to Seaside, only a few blocks away from the Watercolor Inn and with access to the adjacent beach club. The property was obviously newly remodeled with a fun, colorful, attractive theme, and the swing on the front porch got a lot more use from our group than a pool/hot tub would have. I would not hesitate to come again!

Perfect beach vacation

The layout of the house was perfect for our group. We had three couples and a baby. The location was amazing. We didn't even need to rent a golf cart. We could walk most places and we drove when we needed to go further for dinner. The house was clean, comfortable, and area was quiet. Very thankful for the beach and pool access. We would love to come back and stay here again. Wonderful family memories made.

Lovely Watercolor Home

Our family had a great time at this beautiful property! Very clean and comfortable with many helpful amenities. The cleaning crew did an awesome job getting it ready for new clients. Perfect layout with space to cook at home, relax, play games, etc. Bedrooms are spacious, even the bunk room was comfortable for teenagers. Mattresses are comfy for a great nights sleep. Description of property is completely accurate, location is ideal for those wanting to enjoy Seaside and Watercolor Beach Club. Comfortable walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Loved this place!!

Had a few issues with the wine cooler not working and ice machine minimal making of ice. Also, there were a few items that should have been stocked, like basic spices, more dishwasher detergent and utensils. Overall it was good but pricey.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay at 134 Mystic Cobalt. The accommodations were perfect for all our family members. We especially appreciated having 3 King Bedrooms. The property description online was an accurate reflection of our experience. It was very convenient to the Watercolor Resort as well as Seaside. We only needed a car when we were visiting Alys and Rosemary Beach areas. The property is very well maintained overall. There were some areas that appeared not to be completely cleaned (possibly due to quick turn around from previous guests). However it didn't impact the overall quality of our stay. The customer service was outstanding. There was frequent communication and always quick responses to any questions. Having the text option to communicate with the management company was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to any future guests. Our top restaurant recommendation would be Pescado Seafood Grill and Rooftop Bar. The casual walk up options in Seaside were great when the kids are along. Shopping was exceptional between Seaside and Rosemary Beach areas. We also enjoyed all the pool options at the Watercolor Resort and Camp Watercolor as well as the Beach area.

The renters were so flexible and responsive and we can't wait to be back. We did end up renting a golf cart for the beach/pool/seaside nights since we had kids (and lots of stuff!) and it made things much easier and more fun. We couldn't recommend this house more!
