Denne suite på 33. sal er en ægte luksus-ejendom i Ala Moana Hotelcondo. Tidligere ejet af bygherrens bygherrer, vores rummelige 2 værelses ejerlejlighed har opgraderinger af køkken, badeværelse og soveværelse i modsætning til noget andet i bygningen.

De to rummelige soveværelser har hver deres fuldt opgraderede badeværelser og private balkoner med havudsigt. Det totalrenoverede tekøkken inkluderer et minikøleskab, mikroovn, køkkenredskaber og service. Gratis internetadgang og utrolig udsigt overalt.

Ala Moana Hotelcondo ligger i hjertet af byen og støder op til det største udendørs indkøbscenter i verden, der har over 290 eksklusive butikker og dinging-muligheder.

Clean and convenient location!

Great communication with host, beautiful view of ocean and the property is very clean and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

3 Lanais Overlooking the Ocean!

Loved this unit and our stay. It was perfect for our family. The 3 lanais overlooking the ocean was fantastic!

Great vacation

Great stay at this property. The room was just as advertised. The rental company was responsive to questions in a timely manner. Location is great. Only complaint was that the hotel pool was too cold for the kids to swim in. We still had a great time and would recommend this property to families.

Decent hotel but might be the island's slowest elevators

Hotel is OK, nothing fancy. It is extremely busy at all times and a 10 minute wait for an elevator is not uncommon. The valet and reception desk staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, but perhaps they were understaffed. It took over an hour just to check in. Decent place, I'd stay here again if nothing else was available but I would explore other options first.

Good Experience

The condo is located in a great location. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and a shortish walk to the beach. Also great views from the balconies. However, don’t expect to cook there. The kitchen is not functional no pots or pans, cooking utensils, stove, or oven. It just has a microwave and a hot plate. The refrigerator door has a tendency to not close completely. That being said if you don’t plan to cook any meals during your stay this place is for you.

Check in was a bit stressful. We were on the 33rd floor, key cards did not work, and it took three trips back down to finally get them right. Once we got settled all was good, except a couple of necessary kitchen items were not in the kitchenette. Messaged host with suggestions, and they were very receptive.

A hotel room that shows lack of upkeep

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a good room in a good location. Some things to keep in mind: the rooms are smaller than what the pictures portray, kitchenette is tiny and the fridge is not very useful with build up of ice, basic amenities missing such as coffee, furniture shows wear and tear, light bulbs were out, fan switches didn’t work, and the rooms smelled of something unpleasant. Asked for repairs and room service but told hotel does not offer this. Also asked for early check in, which was granted by Luana, but the hotel didn’t honor it. I will stay elsewhere next time.

Great location, great stay

Loved the space! I've stayed many times in the hotel rooms and didn't know these suites existed. The high floor, fantastic views, multiple lanai's were all great! You cannot beat the location as a base for all things Honolulu. It was perfect for our family of 4. Some deferred maintenance and cleaning issues: fan in bathroom filthy, light in kitchen isn't working, fan in 1st bedroom light intermittently works, fan in 2nd bedroom seems to be barely working, fridge works but 1/4 of interior was iced over. Curtains for living area were taken down and thrown into a closet. While there are some things that need attention, we would definitely choose to stay there again for the space, location, parking, value for money.

Good location

We booked our stay and within a day we got our confirmation and the owner answered all our questions promptly. The welcome package of items we need during our stay lasted us for the whole full stay. We even had leftovers before we left. The size of the unit was enough for the six of us to stay. We loved the location as it was less than a 5 minute walk to Ala Moana. The kids were able to go on there own and make it back. The room was clean and just enough of a size. We will be renting again and we appreciate being able to stay there. The check in process was long because everyone seemed to be checking in that day. When we pulled up the big buses had just come to drop people off for check in. We waited about an hour but we didn’t let that stop us from checking in to the hotel.

Vacay stay

The location was awesome!! The stay was okay, neighbors were loud they washed all night, it was like they were staying with us we could hear everything. The main restroom had mold all over the shower curtain. The couch had trash from the previous stay. Who ever cleans it only does the sufficient cleaning to make it look clean but the little details of it weren’t so clean. The kitchen was very clean. Also the rooms were clean beds nicely made. The showers and living room need some TLC big time. The lanais were beautiful. I requested a vacuum and the property manager was very sufficient and fast. They brought me a vacuum within the next few hours. The check in was fast and easy and also they let me check in early. Over all we had a good stay minus the cleanliness.

Just needs TLC

The location was great, but property needs TLC, faucet for bathroom was loose n fell off, not right one. Door trim in living RM area came off when opening door, vacuum does not work, wine fridge did not keep things cool n is over freezing w frost. Phone in 2nd bedroom not working, no ice bucket n port stove top doesn't heat properly so unable to cook food. Shower rod n curtain needs to be replaced.

Issues with Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process was easy enough, although no instructions were sent to confirm the reservation. The space was smaller than expected and there were a few issues. When we were sitting in the living room space, a bracket broke that was holding up a glass shelf, causing the shelf to fall. Luckily it did not break, but it nearly hit one of the tenants. The drain plug in the guest bathroom was jammed in and had to be pried open with a knife. The cold water in the master bath didn't work. The wifi barely worked even after contacting the service provider to get connected. Also, there were little to no kitchen supplies or trash bags to actually allow someone to cook or eat off a plate. We've stayed in other suites in the Ala Moana, and they were much better suited to handle our needs.

Perfect family stay

This property was just perfect, making it easy to access the Ala Moana Mall. Everything from shopping and to eating was close by, whether you choose it by driving or walking distance. The space of the property was just enough for my family of 6. The first room with the 2 beds, then the second room with a bed, and lastly the living room that converts into a pull out. My kids preferred this spot so much more than the second location of our trip because of how much privacy they were allowed to themselves amongst the rooms. I would definitely recommend and book again.

Good location

Good location and we enjoyed our stay. There was not a couch as pictured in the living room space. It had an odd layout but worked fine for the couple days we were there and had the amenities that we needed.

Traveler tips: Ice dispensers are located on the even numbered floors. They close the ramp to/from the mall at 10pm. after that you have to enter through the front lobby for security reasons.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was with my family and we have a 16months old baby. Before getting to Alamoana, some negative reviews made me worry. But 33rd suite was really great! Not as the reviews, we couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms and didn’t see any roaches. Towels and tissues were really enough for 5 adults and 1baby. Especially the kichen was really helpful for the baby. As there was a movable induction, 2 microwaves, and 2 refreezer, I could cook for my baby. But don’t expect too much. It’s not enough to cook or for steak. Restrooms and amenities were great too. It was much better and neater than Hyatt Regency I stayed the last night.
