With your feet in the water facing the Caribbean Sea, you will spend a dream vacation where you will forget everything and can relax in all serenity.

The view is just amazing, with such a different shade of blue you can't get enough of it.
MAGNIFICENT this will be the keyword of your vacation.

Our residence has been completely renovated.
We have equipped our apartment with your stay in mind and want it to be unforgettable.
The equipped kitchen is small but sufficient and with everything you need to be able to prepare small meals.

In the bedroom we have a large, comfortable KING SIZE bed.

In the spacious living room there is a sofa bed and the TV.

For your comfort and not to load your luggage, linens and beach towels are provided.

And yes a swimsuit and an evening dress will be enough for you for a dream vacation.


If you want to rent a car, we can offer you one with our car rental agency.

Wonderful property with great location and excellent amenities. Beach is great for swims and walking. If you enjoy seeing boats of all types great vies from the beach or the large patio door. Very comfortable king bed and nice sized living room kitchen and eating area again all with a wonderful view of that unique St. Martin blue water. Short walk to Restaurants, Lolos, bakery and supermarket. Host were extremely accessible and accommodating.

We loved our time in the beautiful apartment as this was our second stay! Julia was very responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure times. Perfect location, designated parking spaces for the complex, location is the best! Walk by beach or street to Grand Case restaurants and shops and 12 minutes to Orient by car. I can see stay #3 happening in the near future.

The location is perfect for enjoying Grand Case beach, as well as all of the wonderful restaurants in town. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Everything is exactly as described in the listing.

Great stay in Grand Case!

Perfect location on one of the best beaches! Julia was a wonderful host and provided clear check-in/out instructions. Rental was as pictured and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was good. Right on the beach. Julia provided beach umbrella and lounges.We experienced some water outages for the first time. However, these outages were all over the island and were not owner/hostess fault. Julia provided us with information regarding water outages as we do not speak French.As my husband likes to cook, we wished the unit had oven and bigger cooktop.

Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Need to be a bit strong to get heavy suitcases up the narrow stairs but it was reasonably straightforward. The shower was a bit of a challenge to regulate at first but got easier the longer we were there. AC works great. Fairly quiet at night, rare ambulance. Well supplied. Easy check in. Unique lock location! For up to four people I don’t think we could’ve been closer to Times Square and theaters. Metro very close. Would easily stay there again

Everything was wonderful. Julia was VERY responsive and welcoming - the perfect host. She explained everything on check-in, answered quickly when we had questions, suggested great things to do and places to eat. The neighbors were welcoming. The apartment was spacious, the view was superb, parking was always available, the town was everything we could hope for. We were close enough to town to access everything, and far enough away (maybe 1/2 mile) for it not to seem too busy.
Grand Case is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
This gem of a bakery is a short walk from the apartment. Get there before 9 AM or the croissants may be gone!

Great Property

Great experience on our first stay in Saint Martin! Our property manager, Julia was great! Although we didn't need to reach out to her during our stay, she made herself available to us. The property was well appointed! Would stay there again!

On the beach in Grand Case

The apartment was lovely, with a beautiful view of the beach, the Caribbean and Anguilla. Beach chairs and warm weather. A short walk to all the restaurants in Grand Case. Julia corresponded with us before the trip and was there for our check-in and check-out and was very helpful. I highly recommend!

Paradise

The condo was perfect amount of space for us (2 adults and 2 kids). It was clean and comfortable. The view was incredible. Walking distance from many restaurants. Parking available in front of the complex. We had a fantastic vacation!

Good stay in Grand Case

Julia was great and super helpful in explaining things at the condo. It was very clean and had a few things to get us started before going to the store. It is a minimalist condo, but was good for the 3 nights and we had what we needed. You can walk to shops and restaurants, but you are very close to the road if you don’t walk on the beach. The view and beach were amazing! There isn’t a balcony to sit outside on the beach side but the view is great from inside. Thanks Julia!

First time Grand Case

The location was excellent and the suite itself was very comfortable. A small kitchenette had everything we needed and was situated at full length sliding doors allowing for meals in open air with sea breeze and the sounds of the ocean. The beach was very nice including several small reefs right at waters edge full of different species of fish, fun snorkeling right at waters edge. Make sure that you have an umbrella though, there is no shade anywhere. Julia was a perfect host, very responsive and the price was very fair. A great time!

Perfect

Wonderful all the way around! Wonderful communication with Julia. We even rented our car from them and it was a premium service at a very reasonable price. I could list all of the great things about this property, but the gist is what matters. Everything was as good or better than the pics and description! You will not regret staying here! Hurricane Damage Note: While this property and many others were beautiful and well-maintained, the 2017 hurricane damage is still obvious on the French side. I thought this brought a realism and authenticity to our stay. You will need to do your research to see if St. Martin is for you. We loved St. Martin! - especially Grand Case and the French side in general.

Great view. close to beach

Excellent host interactions. Immediate responses. Plenty of good towels and adequate kitchen accruements, even hand mixer and espresso machine. Very comfortable mattress, good pillows, real cotton linens, plenty of hot water. No cockroaches, aggressive monkeys or BBQ. Excellent places to eat nearby. Big patio doors the width of the unit facing the sea. Very clean glass. Great beach access. Always had a parking spot. Occasional traffic noise in bedroom. Unfortunately one cannot leave the patio doors open to the sea when the renters in the unit below are heavy tobacco smokers and smoke directly below on their patio. But if one smokes themselves it is probably not an issue. This has been a problem with other units we have rented in St. Martin, that is second-hand smoke from neighbors from decks and patios. Cigarettes also a problem for us in restaurants on French St.Martin. French haven't discovered nicotine gum yet.

Fantastic Location and an Amazing View!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Julia is an amazing host and answered any questions that we had. She made us feel very welcome and helped with a few basic instructions that helped us manage better in the area. We rented our car from her for the week as well and the service and vehicle were wonderful. The property was just as pictured and described. (And in all honesty probably better ) The view was incredible, the location was perfect. We walked down the beach to the pier and tried a new resturant every night for dinner. We also walked down every morning to watch a gentleman feed the sea turtles from the pier. It was ah-mazing and so fun to watch!! If you are a foodie, Grand Case is for you!! Our only suggestion would be for the unit to have better beach chairs and umbrella. There are some provided but the umbrella is small (the sun is hot ... shade is a must) and the chairs not very comfortable for lounging. That actually wound up being a positive because we did explore more more and spent days at other beaches where we could rent very nice chairs and umbrellas from sunrise to sunset. ($20-$30 for all day). Overall it was a perfect vacation. When we come again, it will definitely be to the french side and hopefully another of Julia's units!

Clean beautiful spacious. Host needs a leave a instruction manual for some of the bigger electronic items in house but after some small thinking we were able to use everything. Kayaks SUP jacuzzi cards pool table ping pong & more. Slide has water pump so you are not sliding on hot plastic. Plenty of fans to beat the sweating. We loved all the outdoor seating areas. Perfect. I would definitely rent again. One down side was is that there are no tvs IN EVERY room. Bummer. There are tvs outside don't think they work or we could not get them to turn on. So I would suggest to host to add tvs to all bed room. Smart TV so we can cast from our phone or log in to apps. All in all I want to go back. Super happy family. 2 teens 2 kids 6 adults. No one cried for space

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine en avril 2026 et avons adoré notre expérience. L’appartement est idéalement situé sur l’une des plus belles plages de l’île, ce qui en fait un endroit parfait pour profiter pleinement de la mer et du soleil. L’accès à la plage est très facile et le cadre est agréable. La vue, le bruit des vagues et l’accès direct à la mer rendent le séjour vraiment spécial. Nous avions loué une voiture, ce qui nous a parmis d'explorer l'ile, mais nous marchions le soir vers Grand Case ou il y a un grand choix de restaurants.L’appartement est confortable et permet de passer un beau séjour, surtout si vous cherchez à profiter de la plage avant tout. Points fortsEmplacement exceptionnel directement sur une magnifique plageAccès à la mer facile et rapideVue splendide et ambiance relaxante avec le bruit des vaguesParasol et chaises fournis pour explorer d’autres plagesEspace de parking devant l'immeuble Points faiblesCuisine minimalement équipée pour cuisiner (micro-ondes et 2 ronds seulement) — on finit par s’y adapterChambre donnant sur la rue : bruit des voitures (prévoir des bouchons si vous avez le sommeil léger)Deux chaises longues à partager avec un autre appartement (premier arrivé, premier servi)ConclusionMalgré quelques petits inconvénients, les atouts — surtout la vue, l’accès à la mer et l’emplacement — font vite oublier les points faibles. Grand Case is best place to stay

The apartment was as described and Julia was very nice and accommodating. The location and the view from the apartment is awesome. The kitchen is very basic but was as described in the information on the apartment. You can't go wrong by booking this apartment. Grand Case has everything you would need for a great vacation. Locally the stores for shopping in Hope Estates covers all our needs. 100% our best time in St Martin.
