Thank you for taking the time to review Mandevilla. Glad you found the villa spacious and for the most part well kept. We are heading over to Andalusia in September to address the fixtures and fitting that require refurbishment or renewal. I agree the bathroom doors are not wide enough for wheelchair access: a sad oversight by the original builder. As a result we do not advertise as wheelchair friendly, and if asked, we are quite candid that it is not suitable. Paul and Sam made a point of telling me you are lovely guests, and would be glad to welcome you back in the future

Thank you for taking the time to review Mandevilla. I’m glad you had an enjoyable stay. Paul and Sam are always very responsive to customer issues; if notified I’m sure they would have promptly remedied the water pressure problem. Ants are everywhere and can be a nuisance. We find the solution is to keep the floors clean and empty the bins daily. We hope to welcome you back to Mandevilla in the future

Estoy encantado de que hayas encontrado en Mandevilla una base excelente para tu visita a la costa de la luz. Con respecto a los 2 aspectos negativos de su estadía, hemos tomado la siguiente acción. Los niveles de cloro estaban bien, pero se descubrió que la piscina estaba desequilibrada. Gracias a su revisión, pude corregir esto para los huéspedes existentes que también estaban "soportándolo". La empresa de mantenimiento de la piscina y los agentes de administración están mucho más felices de escuchar los problemas de inmediato, para que puedan solucionarlos. ¡Todos queremos que nuestros huéspedes disfruten de unas buenas vacaciones! He decidido enviar un nuevo correo electrónico de asesoramiento a los huéspedes antes de su llegada. Este contendrá información sobre cómo minimizar el impacto de los molestos mosquitos. Mantener las puertas y ventanas cerradas las mantiene fuera de la villa y permite que el aire acondicionado funcione de manera efectiva. Se debe usar repelente al sentarse afuera por la noche. Proporcionaremos una botella de repelente de cortesía para futuros huéspedes en caso de que lleguen sin estar preparados. ¡Acabamos de regresar de unas vacaciones en Grecia y también fueron muy molestos allí! Les decimos que no son bienvenidos en Mandevilla pero no parecen escuchar. Tienen mucho en común con mis adolescentes; no escuchas y muy molesto ☺️.
