Et sted, hvor du kan sidde over floden på et stort dæk og lytte til lyden af flydende vand over klipperne, vilde geder buldre, når de klatrer på den 400 ft klippe over floden, eller knolde, der har det sjovt, når de passerer. Du kan også se vilde kalkuner, hjorte og en lang række fugleliv. Dette er et nyrenoveret luksuriøst hjem med 4 soveværelser / 3 badeværelser lige ved Guadalupe-floden mellem 2. og 3. flodovergange på River Road i det indhegnede samfund af Cliff View Condos med 300 fods adgang til vandet ved floden på en stenstrand. Stenstranden er intet mindre end FANTASTISK !!! Du kan gå ind i floden lige ved stenstranden og afslutte forskellige steder op og ned ad floden, der er pendulkørsel til rådighed for at returnere dig til ejendommen. Hvis du nyder live musik, er ejendommen også en kort køretur til River Road Ice House & Gruene.

Cowboy Lodge sover 12 gæster komfortabelt. Åbent køkken / spisestue / stue med mange ekstra faciliteter. Granit bordplader med stor ø til ekstra siddepladser i det komplette køkken, der inkluderer fade, alle apparater og køkkengrej. Det har også en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler for din bekvemmelighed. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng med eget badeværelse. Det andet soveværelse har også en kingsize-seng. Det tredje soveværelse har 2 enkeltsenge over fuld køjesenge. Du finder det 4. soveværelse nedenunder med 2 tvillinger og et komplet bad.

Der er udlejning af rør på stedet (i sommermånederne) og ved siden af på Gilligan's Island. En shuttle-retur fra Lone Star Float-huset giver en perfekt eftermiddagsflottur. Derudover er der en stor klippestrand en kort gåtur fra huset og et dybt, naturligt svømmehul der også. En stor bilhavn er det perfekte sted at kaste skiver og få en pause fra solen. Stranden er privat, da du er i et lukket samfund med andre ferieudlejere. Gæster skal være 25 år eller ældre for at kunne foretage en reservation og skal bo på ejendommen. Ingen rygning, ingen fester, ingen kæledyr. Den maksimale belægning er 12 gæster. Denne maksimale belægning må ikke overskrides på noget tidspunkt. Ingen gæster om dagen tilladt.

The Moo Cabins is great! We really enjoyed the river, the house amenities, and the privacy. I loved that it is in the middle of nowhere, so the connection with nature made the trip exceptional.The rules were clear, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth. We had a couple of issues with the shower and the toilet, but they were resolved very effectively by the maintenance guy.I would definitely come back!

Perfect location - great house

A group of friends and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The booking and check in process was very easy and the house was just as listed. The location was awesome and I would definitely stay here again. 5/5 stars!

Perfect spot

Each year our family has a get together vacation. We’ve stayed in this community several times at different homes. This one is easily the cleanest with great amenities. Host has the best communication, very professional people.

Family vacation for 11!

The house had a wonderful open floor plan, ample beds, and bath. The view was amazing and we loved being so close to the water for floating and fishing. Only complaint are the flat pillows, noisy beds, and dishwasher in need of repair. All easy fixes to make this property a 10!

The views were so beautiful early in the morning with goats on the cliffs and lots of carnivals on the fence. We also saw some woodpeckers and raccoons. The house was perfect for our family. We had an Easter egg hunt in the yard and kids had a blast. It was right on the river with both low spots and high perfect for small children and big a like. We absolutely loved the longhorn on the wall. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed for cooking.

The house was in a great location and I loved the access to the water. It was spacious. The downside were the beds! They were so uncomfortable and noisy. I wouldn't recommend this house until the mattresses are replaced, on all the beds!

Great house

We have stayed at Cliff View houses quite a few times and they are all great. Having a downstairs bathroom and bedroom is definitely a perk when staying here. Love the easy access to the water and being able to hang out right there in waist to chest deep water is great when you don’t want to float. My one any only complaint about this particular house is the pillows. But that’s an easy fix, bring your own. Otherwise the house was perfect. The big island in the kitchen was great for all the family meals and loved having the extra large dinning table for everyone to eat together and play games during our late nights. WiFi was fast and strong and even one of our guests did work everyday on his laptop with no issues. Great stay.

Had a blast!

Wonderful property that we would definitely book again, we had 3 couples (6 people) who were there and wen had plenty of room! The drive was very nice and had wonderful scenery. The kitchen was awesome for cooking and the grill was perfect! Perfect scenery to wake up early and have coffee outside :) The neighbors were super awesome and welcoming. We stayed mid April and the weather was hit or miss but we were able to get into the Pebble Beach area behind the houses. I will say that the drive is a little sketchy since some of the roads are very narrow, so just be careful and there are a couple of little general stores along the way but definitely plan on having to drive at least 20 mins for anything resembling a regular gas station. But like I said, we will definitely be back!!

But the house was clean and kitchen equipped. Being able to put in and hang out right there was the best part. Oh the room downstairs needs AC. Those two fans aren't great for August Temps. Twin and full-sized beds were not comfortable but the kings were fine.

We spent our days floating on the river, kayaking, and simply soaking in the sun. Being able to step out of the house and directly onto the riverbank was a dream come true! The property also features a lovely fire pit area, perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the stars.The kitchen is the one area that I would say needs some attention. I did find that some of the pans and dishes were put up dirty. Some of the pots and pans need to be replaced as well as other items. May just need a really good “going theough”.Additionally, the location was ideal—conveniently close to local attractions like Schlitterbahn Waterpark, restaurants, and charming shops in downtown New Braunfels.The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Their attention to detail truly made all the difference.In summary, if you're looking for a peaceful, fun-filled vacation rental on the Guadalupe River, this is the place to be! We absolutely loved our time here and can't wait to return!

Location is perfect!

The only downside was some of the bunk bed bedding was dirty and torn. The location made up for this. Short, easy walk to riverside...there is a shallow rocky area with rapids and also a nice swimming hole. Great area for fishing as well. We would definitely return....with our own bedding

Issues with Property:

—Beds were poor. —Master Bedroom shower knob not working properly. —Toilet in downstairs bedroom ran, probably leaking.
