Smukt renoveret studie (sjælden stor stor enhed!) ved vandet ved den spektakulære Guldkyst. Kort gåtur til Waikiki, men alligevel rolig og privat-lignende placering.

Store glasskydevinduer åbner bredt for ekspansiv havudsigt! Denne enhed er på øverste etage og kan se hvaler i vinter ~ forårssæsonen.

Denne en-værelses enhed blev renoveret til et stort studie. Dejligt interiør og møblering.

Den eksklusive 20-etagers (enheden er den 11.) Colony Surf ligger nær basen af Diamond Head og på tværs af gaden fra den enorme dronning Kapiolani Park.

Kaimana Beach er bogstaveligt talt i din baghave! (hvid sandstrand uden klipper!). Du kan svømme med TURTLES ofte.

'Guldkysten' er verdenskendt for sine eksklusive boliger ved havnen. Kvarterets atmosfære, stille og en kort gåtur fra travle Waikiki appellerer til lokale beboere, besøgende med længere ophold og ledere på opgave.

Suiten ligger på den køligere side af bygningen mod sydøst og køkken og badeværelse mod nordvest. Vinduer på både forsiden og bagsiden af studiet giver mulighed for, at vindene blæser igennem, hvilket giver en behagelig atmosfære på de varmeste sommerdage.

It is a great location with the most amazing views and very large inside and it is an easy walking distance to Waikiki & right next to the Outrigger canoe club. The multiple fans & trade winds keep the place a pleasant temperature. The team onsite & Sachi have always been wonderful.

The condo has been consistently well-maintained, very clean and nicely furnished. The linens and towels were in excellent shape and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. It was a joy to be able to watch the gorgeous sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of the condo or to sit on the beach in front of the building. The property manager was prompt and courteous when responding to any questions we had before, during and after our stay. We would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

One wall of windows in the apartment faced the beach so we could listen to the waves and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The property was spotless and appeared to have been recently updated with upscale cabinetry and appliances. The kitchen was very well-equipped for cooking. There were more than enough bath and beach towels that appeared to be new. The property manager was readily available when needed and was very helpful when our arrival was delayed due to illness. I would recommend this property without any hesitation to my friends or relatives.

Reviewer Comments: As the first rental occupants we found the condo meticulously clean, well set up and with ample necessities and nice touches like tropical flowers. Subsequent dealings with the Sachi personnel were pleasant and we felt they were concerned about making our stay as pleasant as possible.The location was truly ocean front nothing between us and the ocean. We saw a sea turtle swimming around, a monk seal resting on the beach and humpbacks breaching in the distance. We have subsequently booked a return visit with the Sachi group given our positive experience this first time.

Colony Surf is the ONLY hotel/condominium in the area that has a sandy beach directly in front! Built in 1959, this building was once home to numerous celebrities, including Lana Turner, Frank Sinatra and Robert Wagner. Iconic and legendary, Michel's restaurant is situated directly on the beachfront side of the building offering stupendous service and legendary food. Unit #1101 is located on the "preferred" corner and is spacious and highly upgraded with high-end finishes and fixtures.
