Denne suite med fjerde sal balkon er fuld af Florida Sunshine. Dette condo er en perfekt beliggenhed på øverste etage og er bekvemt beliggende nær elevatoren i den nordlige del af vores havfrontbygning. Lejligheden er munter i gult. Der er en ny sovesofa i dronningen i en stue og en rød klubstol. Nyd det store fladskærms-tv. Køkkenet er udstyret med en fire-brænder komfur med ovn og alle standard køkkenfaciliteter. Badeværelset blev opdateret med et nyt karbad, forfængelighed og ekstra opbevaringsplads til linned. Det private soveværelse er flisebelagt og har en behagelig Queen-size Serta-madras og et 26 "fladskærms-tv. Denne lejlighed er munter og behagelig og er måske bare din favorit tilbagetog ved stranden. INGEN Kæledyr er tilladt

Saint Augustine is close by for fun activity. Many good restaurants in the area.

Nice condo on the beach

Nice little condo on an awesome beach. Great view from our room and especially the outside patio. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful beach access with a full kitchen

There's a great seafood market not far down the road, and we made delicious meals, starring flounder, crab cakes, and sea scallops. I do wish there were recycling bins for bottles and cans.

This property is older and needs some updating. The unit itself was adequate for a short stay. The staff was friendly. The price point seemed a little high when you can stay in a brand new property for less. The beach and ocean view were great.

30th Anniversary weekend getaway

Parking was easy and elevators were quick. We loved that we could watch the sunrise and sunset, walk directly onto the beach and the pool was good size.We hope to return again next year for a longer rental.

The only negative comment I have is that the hot water flow is throttled down so much thats it's hard to get a good shower. We managed anyway. We are repeat customers and plan to come back every chance we get.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of positives. Suites are small but adequate for a couple. Furnishings were fine, outside was well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the shower. Tub surface was very slippery, no grab bars, water temp was prone to going from pleasantly warm to lobster scalding hot without warning. Easy solutions - provide a bath mat, install grab bar, turn down the water heater. All in all, would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beacher's before, and have always loved it! The beach location is perfect for enjoying the views day and night, and the boardwalk offers easy access to the beach for walks and other recreation. Parking was fine, and it was helpful to have carts available for taking our belongings up to our condo via ramp and elevator. We were very happy with our rented condo- a little bit shopworn, but well arranged, stocked with basic appliances and amenities. Very comfortable, well maintained and clean when we arrived. Office staff are outstanding- so helpful and patient with questions! We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful, and many guests enjoyed it during our stay. We will come back!

3 day getaway

Overall experience was not so great.Housekeeping never came during our stay. Had to go get towels and washcloths from downstairs ourselves on the 1st day. On the 2nd day we were told there were no clean washcloths available. The mattress on pullout sofa is in terrible shape. We had to go buy a mattress topper before we could lay on it due to the springs coming thru. Also, very hard to get a comfortable water temperature in the shower because faucet needs to be replaced
