Spinnaker Point is one of the best beach front locations in Bear Lake! There are many beautiful places to rent here in Bear Lake, but what Spinnaker Point provides as a place for your family to call home base is truly unique. In addition to the 4,400 sq. ft. luxury remodeled townhome space, you'll have so many more amenities that will make your vacation unforgettable. Being a beach front property, you'll have easy and private access (shared with only 5 other properties) to the lake. There is a brand new 80 foot dock that extends out into the lake, which provides an easy place to temporarily dock your boat/jet skis (the water level is constantly changing--dock at your own risk). The 2/3rd acre of lawn provides the perfect place for kids to run around and play yard games. The fire pit is a great place to gather in the evenings and roast s'mores. In addition to being right on the lake, you are also within walking distance to all of the restaurants, shake shops, and stores in Garden City. The location of this condo is truly unbeatable.

This listing is advertising the rental of 2 adjacent townhomes in the building together. One of the townhomes has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and the other has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Booking using this listing gives you access to both of the townhomes, giving you a total of 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and sleeping up to 30 people. The unique combination of two separate, but adjoining units, gives your group the ability to gather in the large kitchen/living room areas, on the spacious decks, or outside on the grass, while also having the ability to spread out and not feel cramped into one small area.

The townhomes themselves have recently been remodeled and are furnished with top of the line amenities and decorated to create the perfect beach feel. The kitchens are fully stocked, giving you the ability to make your favorite meals. There is a BBQ and Traeger for you to make juicy hamburgers and hotdogs (the perfect beach meal!) or any other delicious meal. Both units have 2 levels of deck space, with comfortable furniture, providing the perfect place to soak up the breathtaking views of the lake. There are TV's throughout both townhomes, with large TVs in the living areas with built in ability to AirPlay whatever you're watching on your phone direct to the TV. Guests will love the ability to play videos or pictures they took throughout the day direct to the TV as they gather in the evenings or to pull up their own Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, etc. account and easily project it direct to the TV. Each unit has a kayak and paddle board for the guests to use!

A significant problem with many properties at Bear Lake is parking. Not here! In addition to a garage for each unit, there are a total of 12 parking spots (6 double deep spots so you can leave the boat or trailer hooked to your vehicle if desired).

*The main living space (kitchen/dining/living areas) is on the 2nd floor of each unit*
**Unit #1 has air conditioning, Unit #2 does not have central AC, but does have lots of fans, window units, etc**
***The HOA does not allow docking of boats for more than a few mins to load/unload. This rule is strictly enforced. The dock is normally available Memorial Day - Labor Day***

Location, Location, Location. To be on the lake and within walking distance of town was incredible. Room for our family of 30, both inside and out in the yard.

Amazing 4th

Our time spent at this rental was awesome! Could use a deep cleaning. The floors we’re sticky and dirty upon check-in. Some loose wires hanging out of the ceiling in the bottom level. Broken couch in one unit. Garage a mess from a previous leak in the ceiling. Just a few small housekeeping items but overall a great property
