Romar Place 404 is a fourth floor, 3 bedroom unit featuring a private balcony with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our spacious 1300 square ft condo offers a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer. The master bathroom includes a garden tub. Two elevators are provided for your convenience.

Our guests have full access to the outdoor pool, beach-side sun deck, indoor pool, and outdoor grilling area. On the beach there are umbrellas and padded lounge chairs available for rent. Searching for grocery stores, shopping and restaurants? Look no further than just down the street! If you have questions before booking, please let me know. 404.822.0191

ROMAR PLACE 404 is a low density building. Since there are only 66 units, you're never elbow to elbow with other vacationers. There's no waiting for elevators or for space on the beach - what you would encounter if staying at one of the 'mega' complexes.
Unobstructed views of the beach and outdoor pool and convenient location to stairs make this the ideal location.

Our family loved our stay! Sally shared her beautiful place with us. Lots of room to spread out for our family of 5. The pool was such a hit for our kids, and we loved the ease of getting right on the beach. The giant porch was our fav for both morning and evening views and to listen to the waves. Sally was fantastic! She was easy to stay in contact with and made sure that things were great for us. We would absolutely stay again if (when;) we get back to Orange Beach.

Perfect Beach view

Sally has a wonderful condo on the beach with great beach views. We enjoyed watching the Pelicans, Osprey, and seagulls fly by every day. We also thoroughly enjoyed watching the many dolphin pods swim by and play. The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We LOVED the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The grocery store was nearby as well as restaurants, a nature preserve, and pretty much anything you would need or want. We would definitely stay here again as we have no complaints.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

The oceanfront view was outstanding! The indoor pool was great with the cool mornings. The owner was very helpful when we had a cable issue. We will definitely return. Thanks Sally for providing a Thanksgiving to remember!

Beautiful condo

This is an excellent choice for any group. The condo is beautiful and well appointed. The communication with the owner is outstanding. We will definitely stay here again.

Great condo with a great view!

My family has been looking for a condo in Orange Beach that we want to come back to every year and we’re certain we have finally found it! Clean, spacious, great location, right on the beach, and kid friendly. Owner is a gem to work with.

Great condo!

This condo was a very well maintained, appointed, and equipped unit. The family really enjoyed the week here and we would definitely recommend it.

Great Host: Dirty Condo

This was our 4th time at Orange Beach and it was two adults and one toddler.Good-The host was exceptional. She was a great communicator and very attentive to any request. She provided lists of places to go and eat while in the area.-This was the closet location we have stayed to the beach. Once you are downstairs, steps away from the beach.Bad-There is a huge difference between tidy and clean. I would call the condo tidy when we arrived. However it was not clean, it was actually very disgusting. I would recommend the host reevaluate her cleaning service. The rug had about half the beach worth of sand with the previous occupants pretzels and crumbs. The tile floor was the absolute worst. Our feet were black when walking on the tile. The first stop when arriving was to go to Publix for cleaning supplies. We spent the first part of our vacation cleaning the condo that was supposed to be cleaned when we arrived. I can deal with outdated decor but the cleanliness was unacceptable.-Safety: the door truly needs to be replaced or at least the door mechanism. The host says it breaks annually but I’d say it’s time to be fixed. Because of this the door doesn’t properly close which is problematic with a toddler.For the cost and with the work we had to do to clean the condo so we would feel comfortable we would not stay at this location again.

Great Family Place

Great condo in a great location. Easy beach access! Great place for families to stay! We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. The condo was clean and stocked with enough necessities to get us by until we could go shopping. We will stay here again!

Perfect Vacation!

We stayed for 8 nights in August. Sally was a great host and communicated with us extremely well. The property is very well maintained and was exactly as described. The views from the kitchen, living room, master suite, and balcony were amazing. Shopping and Restaurants are conveniently located near the condo. One of our favorite restaurants is Louisiana Lagniappe. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to come back again. Excellent experience!!

Summer Vacation

The place was very nice! Having 2 pools was great for our kids and being so close to the beach was nice as they loved going back and forth. We loved the condo perfect for the 5 of us! Sally was an awesome host always in touch. We hope to be back!

Family Trip 2023

This condo was great! It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were awesome. Sally was so easy to work with. When I had a question, she was quick to respond! We will definitely book with her again next year!

Spring beach

Wonderful condo with great view! Nice layout with all the amenities we wanted or needed. The owner Sally was a pleasure to work with in rental details as well as much useful info for local doings. Superb location as our interests centered on beach and nature walks from Dauphin to Ft Pickens. We will be back!

Amazing and kid friendly

Great and easy experience. Loved all the kid friendly touches with plastic plates and cups, the high chair and pack n’ play. Very clean and so easy to check in. Sally was very helpful with any and all questions. When we go back to the beach we will definitely try to stay here again!

Anniversary stay

The condo was very nice. The view was spectacular! We got beautiful sunrise pictures. Dolphins swam by everyday that we stayed. The condo is close to stores and restaurants. Gulf shores is a very short drive away where there are even more restaurants and things to do. Wolf Bay restaurant across the street is a great place to eat. Check out Fish City Grill in gulf shores, it’s an awesome restaurant. If you want a great dessert try The Yard it’s fantastic. The owner Sally was awesome to work with.

Wonderful week at Romar Place 404

This is a beautiful condo with a fantastic beach view and great location. Well maintained and the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The kitchen is well stocked, very comfortable beds, nice bed linens and towels and everything labeled. Sally, the owner, is just the best! From reservations to check out she covers every detail and is available to help make your stay a memorable experience. This was a Spring girls trips and we were all very pleased with our vacation week. Would highly recommend!

As described and then some!

This condo, and it's owner Sally, are both absolutely amazing! The condo is GORGEOUS! Only steps from the beach and minutes from anything you would want to visit. We found all of the beds to be comfortable, including the 2 rollaways. Everything that you could possibly need in the kitchen is already there. Sally is more than generous. You won't be disappointed. We WILL be back!
