Beautiful view, comfy home for 6 of us, good kitchen and easy to get to various areas on the island. We'd love to return for another stay as lots to see and do that we did not get to. Access to parking was good, deck outside was a nice place to eat, the weather was perfect. Thanks so much.

Amazing Spot

Two families (from Washington State and the UK) vacationed together. The property was on a beautiful spot and the house was large and comfortable and easily accommodated both families. We really enjoyed the Kayak's and walking to Winter's Cover Park. It was easy to access and explore the rest of the island from this spot.

Perfect location, roomy, comfortable, well-appointed. It even has all the kitchen utensils you'll need. The lot is on Winter Cove, and we made full use of the four kayaks and rowboat. Maureen was a superb host, with all of the important information. She contacted us several months before our stay to urge us to book ferry passage, and she was prompt in responding to our questions. We would love to return next summer. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home and island

We loved our stay Saturna Seaside. The home is extremely well-equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the kayaks, pool table, ping pong, bicycles, games and more. Saturna is a beautiful island with friendly people. We took several beautiful hikes and even watched a pod of several dozen orcas round East Point at sunset. All in all, a wonderful vacation!

Perfect location, well equipped and beautiful home!

Maureen's home was beautiful and was the most well equipped and organized rental we have ever rented. It was perfect for our group. The location is ideal for kayaking, cycling and hiking. It is on a quiet bay that is just gorgeous with very easy and ideal access for kayaking on short or day trips. The home was immaculately clean. Kitchen had every item needed for the gourmet chef. Even the knives are kept sharpened. Large living area upstairs and finished bottom floor with pool table, ping pong, TV room and piano. There is nothing negative I can say about the home or location. Saturna of course is stunning! Highly recommended accommodation!!!!!! Maureen kept in touch, provided detailed and clear instructions and information and was very easy to work with. Much appreciated!

We went to Saturna Island for a family get-together. We used to go there for summer holidays thirty years ago and this was some sort of a nostalgic trip for us all. I was thrilled to have found this property – a large clean home offering many sleeping arrangements, as well as multiple bathrooms. The wonderful amount of space allowed for an entertainment area with a pool table/badminton table, a separate TV room with DVDs galore, an expansive living room, a long dining table with eight chairs, a very well equipped kitchen… all with large windows allowing the sunshine to flood in! Outside, the good sized BBQ, with plenty of propane, took care of most of our meals. There is a lengthy, wide upper deck that goes along the side of the house facing Winter Cove, as well as a large backyard from which one accesses the small private pebbly beach area. Kayaks (w necessary safety vests), bicycles, various outdoor activities… all on site.There is an unusual level of comfort and homeness here not often found in short term rentals. You can tell this property is being cared for with love.Many clear instructions were given and appreciated. All is well thought out and organized. We had a glorious time here!!! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!!!

Amazing location and comfortable accommodations

The southern Gulf islands are amazing. Saturna is a nice blend/balance between natural and undeveloped but with solid grocery availability and a couple of good restaurants The home was beautifully positioned on a protected bay with great water views. Beds and features in the house are all quality and in keeping with all descriptions and photos. The booking, check in and availability to answer questions during our stay… all top notch If you want to stay in an awesome location in the islands and specifically for natural beauty on Saturna… in solid comfort and with no surprises we can’t give a place higher marks.

Fantastic Place!

We really enjoyed staying here - access to the water with our kayaks was easy and we had a wonderful time exploring the waters around the island - kayaking beyond the cove is best suited for experienced paddlers only as there are several places with strong currents - but for experienced paddlers it is a wonderful playground! This property had the best equipped kitchen I've ever found in a rental property - absolutely wonderful! Sharp knives, two sets of dishes and cutlery, etc.

"Girls" Reunion

We are a group of seven highschool friends that get together every year. We has a fabulous week on Saturna Island. Maureen's home is wonderful for a large group. The kitchen was very well equipped and her home is warm and comfortable. We enjoyed many of the games and equipment provided. A great experience.

We had another great stay with plenty of kayaking, hiking, reading, and eating The house has everything we need, and the kids love the games and ping pong. We look forward to returning next year!

Wonderful stay in peaceful cove

Wonderful stay for the 7 of us in a well furnished home with plenty to do both inside and outside. Everything is labelled and at its place so easy to find out how the house should be handled. Communications with the owners were excellent and everything went super smoothly. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous views

Such a delightful place with all the thoughtful little details (well stocked with bedding, towels, toilet paper, tissue boxes everywhere, board games, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, measuring cups, anything you could need). It is wonderful to wake up to the stunning views. The home is very large and comfortable. We slept well in the comfy beds. We enjoyed the visits from the river otter and deer. Maureen was pleasant to deal with and responded to questions quickly. It’s a perfect place to relax.

Wonderful stay in an idyllic spot. The house is spacious and very well equipped. The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We’re so happy we booked Saturna Seaside for our first Gulf Island experience!

great experience

The house was as described in a beautiful location on the water. Our party was composed of 3 couples, the kitchen was large and well appointed. The beds were comfortable none had any complaints. The large living room overlooking the water was a pleasant gathering place and the pool table in the game room is in excellent shape. We did not use their bicycles as we had our own but did use the kayaks. All in all a wonderful experience.

Wonderful family vacation home!

We really enjoyed staying at Saturna Seaside. The home was perfect for our family of 6 adults as it was super clean, very spacious, well organized and well equipped. This place is a fabulous place to hold a family get together.

This beautiful waterfront home is an ideal place for a family get together with plenty of space for everyone. Our family of 7 met to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The three spacious bedrooms plus hide-a-beds in the up and downstairs living rooms made everyone slept comfortably . The kitchen is really well stocked. The cooking area is centered in the middle with room for several cooks- We all enjoy cooking so this was ideal for us. The house is situated on Winter Harbour a lovely, well protected bay with its own little beach. We spent a lot of time on the harbour with the kayaks for 5 people. Saturna is a quiet island but we found plenty to do.The McNally family has provided every kind of activity to make your stay fun- They have 4 bikes, every outdoor game imaginable, pool and ping pong tables, all kinds of board games, cards, books,and a bbq. We biked, hiked, and kayaked- ate, played games, read, relaxed and just had a wonderful time. If you are looking for a great place to hang out with your people you won't be disappointed with this place.

Nice and spacious house in a great setting

We had a great time with friends at his property. The house is nice and very spacious. We were a party of 8 with 4 adults, 2 kids and I baby and we had lots of space. The house is clean, well equipped with everything you can imagine and has a nice yard and direct access to the water which we loved. The kids played in the yard while we were sitting back and relax. It was the perfect setting for us.
