Open the gate and take in the view at first glance. A wooded, rolling park, fully fenced and covering 8 hectares, with a body of water nestled in the heart of lush greenery. At the end of the path that runs alongside the pond, you’ll be delighted by a charming, elevated house.
With a floor area of approximately 110 m² and accommodating up to 8 people, you can enjoy the spaces however you like.
Access to the house is via the terrace. You then enter the living area, which features a TV lounge and dining room that can seat up to 10 guests. Nearby is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and Nespresso machine...
On this level, you’ll also find two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and storage space. The bathroom with a shower is located between the two bedrooms, along with a separate toilet. Please note that a second restroom is located in the living room.
On the first floor, a large loft with an area of approximately 40 m² can accommodate 4 people. On one side, you’ll find a large double bed, and on the other, 2 single beds. A second bathroom with a shower is also located on the mezzanine
The terrace is perfect for dining outdoors when the weather permits; an awning will protect you from the sun while you eat. You can grill to your heart’s content using the barbecue located right next to the house.
You can take a boat ride on the pond. (Personal flotation devices available)
Of course, you can also walk around the pond.
If you’re patient and keep your eyes peeled, you’ll see squirrels darting from branch to branch, ducks gliding across the water’s surface, and herons perched near the water, on the lookout for fish. Fishing is also available for those who enjoy catching pike or carp.
