Nice place to stay in Grand Forks

This suite hotel was very clean and in a good location. We will stay here again.

Perfect hotel for large group

Two couples plus one perfectly accommodated in this hotel suite. Definitely our go to hotel for future visits to Grand Forks.

Beds are comfortable. Good location. Used uber to get to Ralph Engelstad Arena. Had to put the clean dishes away in the dishwasher. Kitchen flooring needs replacement as it is peeling up. We were only there overnight so didn’t really need to cook anything.

Mostly Good

The property is good. Easy location with lots of amenities. But, the room was average. No bar soap or any soap at any of the sinks. One bedroom bathroom had no toilet paper holder (recently fell off the wall). The refrigerator was "cool" at best. I called about it, not sure if they fixed it, but within a day it was back to "cool" so I had to throw out my food and couldn't cook any meals. Sort of defeats the purpose of a property that advertises a full kitchen. Overall, it was an ok stay, but definitely could have been better.

Too noisy

Room was fine the problem during our week-long stay was that there were youth hockey tournaments in town (which apparently occur pretty much every weekend in Grand Forks in cold weather), and several of the teams teams appeared to be staying at the hotel. Of course kids make noise, but to have screaming and running up and down the halls, and jumping up and down go on for hours on end (sometimes until 1:00am) was too much. The front desk person seemed to do their their best to restore some order, but it was a lot of kids and made for a long week. We left a day ahead of schedule because of the commotion.
