In the heart of a region that has preserved its authenticity between Casinca and Costa Verde, our villas enjoy a location between the sea and the mountains and views of the woods!

The beach is only a 3 minute drive away, no traffic jams and overcrowding!
You can enjoy with your family the joys of the sea, the beach and also the discovery of the superb typical villages of the surrounding area as well as walks in the mountains.

Accommodation of 145 m² for 8 people (1 additional child possible up to 9 people) is located under a separate villa that it is upstairs.

It is composed of:

- A bedroom with two single beds (possibility of placing them side by side), dressing room.
- A shower room, shower, double sinks. A separate toilet.
- A 20m² bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x2000, 2 bunk beds, large dressing room + TV + Blu Ray player (naturally tempered, comfortable room without window).
- Air conditioning in the center of the Loft (living room/living room/kitchen) the suite and dormitory room are naturally temperate and therefore comfortable in the middle of summer, the bedroom 2 single beds with its fan.
- Living room with sofa a daybed for 1 person (sheets/towels not provided).
- Bright living room, TV, and equipped kitchen with central island.
- Shaded terrace with private 4 x 3 unheated swimming pool, sunbeds, garden table and Plancha.
