Gîte Euphrasie, Normandy farmhouse near the sea

This Normandy-style family home, which can accommodate up to 5 people, has been recently renovated and decorated. On the first floor, it features a kitchen-dining room, two living rooms, and a half-bath; upstairs, two bedrooms (one with a 140-bed and the other with a 160-bed) and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, large-capacity electric oven with 4 glass-ceramic burners, range hood, microwave, electric coffee maker, pod coffee maker, and a refrigerator with freezer. It also includes all necessary kitchen utensils.

The main living room, equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, features a corner sofa; the second living room, with its single-person sofa bed, is perfect for relaxing and reading (books for all ages and children’s books are available).
This cottage is situated in a quiet, 1,000 m² garden filled with plants and flowers. You can pick some herbs here to enhance your meals. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. In the surrounding area, you can explore the Cauchois countryside via several hiking trails around the village. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy several beaches within a 10- to 12-km radius.
For your stay, Luneray—the nearest town—is just 5 km away and offers all the necessary shops and services. The region offers numerous dining options at all price points, as well as local producers.

Regardless of the booking period, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.
Check-in is generally from 5:00 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m.

Upon your departure, we ask that the beds be stripped: sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers removed, and towels folded and placed on the beds. Also, please leave the house clean: the refrigerator and trash cans emptied; the stove and oven cleaned.
