Located on historic Dunmore Street situated beside the Pink Anglican Church, and nestled on over half an acre of its own private coconut grove, is our beautiful Island cottage - Aralia House. Fully renovated and refurbished in style in 2019, the home is immaculate and your perfect island sanctuary. Located two minutes from the bay and two minutes to the famous Pink Sand Beach (access next to Ocean View). The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6. The main house has two bedrooms - a large Primary bedroom with a King bed and a second bedroom with two Twins, and the main bathroom. The Garden Cottage houses the third bedroom with a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom. Come off the beach and enjoy the heated outdoor shower, lazy island afternoons around the outdoor bar, and entertaining in style in the outdoor dining (including use of a large gas barbecue) and lounge areas. Beautiful interior design and a home designed to embody the heartbeat of island life captures the spirit of Harbour Island. Perfect for a group of couples or a family, the home is designed with an eye for comfort and includes little touches that make your stay special. Enjoy our courtesy bar, outdoor lounge area, great books for a quiet read, and a smart TV for movie night. Walk to Harbour Island's gourmet restaurants, beautiful boutiques and local grocery stores. The pink sand beach is two minutes by golf cart. We are ideally located to enjoy all that Harbour Island has to offer. WE ARE EXCITED TO OFFER OUR NEW ARALIA COTTAGE, in addition to Aralia House, making the property a 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom with a pool. COMING IN 2025.

Bookings:
Saturday (check in 3pm ) to Saturday (check out 11am).
Will consider 4 night minimum stays during off-peak season if availability allows.

**CONSTRUCTION NOTE: New cottage being built on a separate part of the property beginning September '23 - Oct '24. Rates will be 20% off during this time. I will adjust the rates accordingly (20% off) from the rate you see listed here, when accepting your booking request.
**REFUND POLICY as stated per VRBO leading up to your stay, PLEASE NOTE: refunds will not be an option during your stay. By accepting the 20% off rate and booking your reservation, you are acknowledging your understanding of the terms of the discounted rate.

Construction crew and equipment access will be from the back of the property, well away from the house. A privacy fence separates Aralia House from the new cottage build. Aralia House and Garden Cottage will remain as you see it here in these photos.
