A 43-square-meter apartment with a balcony and a separate entrance (adjacent to the owner’s house and another cottage), located on an upper floor accessible by stairs. A tastefully decorated 25 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine), a 140-size sofa bed, a large-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a small balcony with a table and chairs. A lovely, spacious bedroom with a 140-bed, closet, double windows, and a work area. Bright bathroom with a bathtub; separate toilet.
