Cottage classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation.<br><br>This charming, authentic and traditional Quercy house can accommodate up to 10 visitors in the heart of the countryside, at the crossroads of the departments of Lot, Lot et Garonne and Dordogne. <br><br>Outside, you can enjoy a large plot of land with a private swimming pool (for your exclusive use) of 5 x 11 meters, secured with electric shutter. Its paved beach with deckchairs and umbrellas is waiting for you!<br><br>The pool benefits from a salt treatment for better protection: the salt is natural so that it does not have the disadvantages of chemicals, and therefore does not present any risk of irritation or allergies to the eyes and skin. The taste is extremely light and is in no way comparable to that of seawater.<br><br>A sheltered barbecue area, also with an old wood-burning oven, is ideal for pleasant evenings outside.<br><br>Inside, you will have a spacious living room with a large sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite, a DVD player, a fireplace and a dining room with an area of 55 m² to enjoy good meals.<br><br>There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher and more.
