The Accommodation
In this 45-square-meter apartment, located in a quiet 1970s residence overlooking the sea, you’ll step directly from the sunny terrace onto the large beach or into the center of Val-André.
The space, redesigned and completely renovated by an architect, opens onto a sunny, open-air terrace. The apartment consists of a living room (with additional sleeping space available thanks to a sofa bed featuring a Bultex mattress), a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher), and a bedroom opening onto the terrace, adjacent to a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a washing machine.

Guest access
The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, including all amenities (fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.) and the balcony-terrace.
