It features a small balcony with views of Nabeul, the sea, olive groves, and green hills. The apartment is located on the first floor of a new small building with three apartments.

The building is easily accessible from the road connecting Hammamet to Nabeul.

This is a new neighborhood. It’s very accessible from both Tunis and Sousse. There are small grocery stores nearby, a café, and a ATV rental shop.
