This spacious 300 m² home, located in the heart of the Brionnais and Charolais regions, is a true haven of peace and tranquility. It’s the perfect place to stay for a weekend or a vacation with family or friends.

You can recharge your batteries in the countryside, far from the hustle and bustle of big cities, and enjoy a wide range of activities to make your stay truly enjoyable:
- Less than one kilometer from the banks of the Loire River
- Tour of Romanesque churches
- Many sports activities: canoeing down the Loire / public swimming pool and tennis courts (located 2 km away in the small town of Marcigny), the Voie Verte (500 m away) for hiking, biking, picnics, and more...

- Many small villages to visit in the surrounding area

This charming house features, on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a small office.

Upstairs, you’ll find 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower or bathtub + separate toilet) for maximum comfort.
Bedding is included with the rental.
We can provide bath towels for €5 per person (to be paid upon arrival).
For guests with limited mobility, a stairlift ensures easy access.

You can also enjoy a large, enclosed 1,500 m² garden that’s perfect for young and old alike (garden tables and chairs, a barbecue, lounge chairs, and more will be at your disposal).
