In Seignosse, in a quiet location, set amid a park filled with pine trees and on the edge of the forest, an 84-square-meter house with a 400-square-meter garden is available for rent.
The house is located within a secure private park where you can let your children play in complete peace.
Parking is available in the garden and in the parking spaces in front of the house.

A QUIET AND SERENE PRIVATE FAMILY RESIDENCE. Guests are expressly asked to maintain quiet in the complex.
PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED. If an unauthorized party is held, the police will be contacted immediately and you will be evicted from the property. Financial penalties will be imposed.
YOU ARE COMMITTING TO A SPECIFIED NUMBER OF GUESTS. If there are more guests than the number specified, you will be evicted and penalties will be imposed.
The person making the reservation MUST be the one to pick up the keys (proof of identity may be required).

FROM OCTOBER THROUGH APRIL INCLUSIVE: Beds are made upon arrival, and bath towels are provided.
PLEASE NOTE: FROM MAY THROUGH SEPTEMBER INCLUSIVE, THERE IS A FEE FOR THE PROVISION OF SHEETS AND TOWELS.

Located near Plage des Casernes (3-minute drive), you can enjoy a surf school with equipment rentals, a supervised swimming area, and a beach restaurant.
You can reach the ocean on foot through the forest and sand dunes (15 minutes), by bike via the Vélodyssée bike paths running from the house to the beach (8 minutes), or by car (large parking lot).

The first floor of the house features a main living area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The house has 3 bedrooms:
• On the first floor, Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed; Bedroom 2 features a 140-size double bed;
• On the first floor, Bedroom 3 features two single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed. Bedroom 3 has a TV.
The house has a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

For added comfort, the entire interior of the house is brand new!

4G access throughout the house.

For meals in the garden, a barbecue, a large table, and two lounge chairs await you…

The complex features a bocce court and a ping-pong table (paddles provided).

Nearby, you'll have access to the golf courses at Seignosse, Soorts-Hossegor, and Soustons, as well as the lakes at Hossegor and Soustons... You can go hiking in the forest at the foot of the house or bike along the Vélodyssée.

Three bikes with two bike locks are available for long rides along the Vélodyssée.

Please note that linens (sheets and towels) are not provided from May through September. If you would like us to provide them, it is important to let us know before your arrival. This service will be billed as an extra charge and must be paid upon check-in.
