Denne enhed er perfekt beliggende på 3. sal, hvor du kan parkere kun få skridt fra enhedens hoveddør !! Hvorfor vente på, at elevatorer går til stranden eller poolerne, når du nemt kan tage trappen ned to flyvninger.


Vær den første til at slappe af og nyde dit ophold i dette smukt indrettede 3 værelses, fire badeværelses condo. Denne enhed er aldrig blevet lejet og har sine første gæster i marts 2020 !!! Enhed 310 er unik og på det bedste sted i bygningen. Lejligheden tilbyder et 60'' HD-tv i stuen, en 50 '' i master, 48 '' i 2. soveværelse og 48''platform vægmonteret tv i 3. soveværelse.



Når du kommer ind, kan du ikke lade være med at lade et suk og lade dine bekymringer gå, mens du slapper af i dette condo på 2000 m². Stranden vender mod stuen har fantastiske gulv til loft-vinduer og en betagende udsigt. Rustfrit stål apparater og granit bordplader i køkkenet. En vådbar og ismaskine vil forbedre enhver fest. Den store balkon har en utrolig udsigt over bølgerne og stranden.



I lejligheden soveværelse har en kingsize-seng, det andet soveværelse har to dronninger, og det tredje soveværelse har to dobbeltværelser over fulde køjer til at sove op til 12.



For nemheds skyld har vi installeret en nøglefri indgangsdørlås, så du og din familie / venner ikke behøver at følge med på nøgler under dit ophold!



Nyd en svømmetur i den store doven flod, mens børnene tilbringer timer med at nyde vandrutschebanen. Den opvarmede indendørs pool er perfekt til de køligere dage. Tæt på den indendørs pool finder du fire boblebad. Der er et fantastisk fitnessrum placeret på 15. etage med udsigt over stranden, med yderligere to bade og saunaer i etagen nedenfor. Du har overdækket parkering i garagen.

By far my favorite condo that I’ve ever stayed at in Orange Beach! Beautiful, clean and spacious condo with no waiting on long elevators to get to the pool. Overall great stay!

Coming back for a third time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at 310. We love this condo! I do a vacation every year with my family and this condo fits all 6 of us very comfortably. It has every amenity you need. Having the 4th bathroom with full laundry is great coming off the beach. If I had any recommendations, I would have a small Shark or floor vacuum for the sand we bring in. Also, probably time for new sheets as these are getting nubby. Being on the third floor is great in case the elevator is busy. The bar and grill offers fabulous food. I'd rate this a 10 out of 10. Gonna book our week for 2027 now so it doesn't get taken! Also, parking in the building and unloading is very convenient. Check in is a breeze!

Clean and spacious

It was just what we expected - clean and well supplied. Lots of room to spread out and beach was nice. Pools were cold but cooler weather too.

This condo was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed. Was very clean. You could smell the cleaning products the moment you arrived. Some may like that but as a mother of a special needs child with extra needs, having a clean environment is important. Everyone was comfortable and the level and location was perfect. Definitely a favorite stay and we will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 absolutely loved this condo and the Oasis. It filled all our requirements for bedrooms, beds, and baths. Location on 3rd floor was perfect as we found the elevator to be quite busy as there are 30+ floors. The amenities were excellent with a bar grill, adult area pool, kids pools, lazy river. We rented chairs on the beach for the week which worked out great. We will be planning our next year's vacation within a week. Also, getting into and out of unit was simple. I'd highly recommend this unit and the Oasis.

Love Phoenix West II

The condo was great and fitted our needs. The chairs had some stains on them when we got there and the condo looks bigger than it actually is. However, the place was good! The complex was family friendly. Check in time was a little later than we wanted but we made it work. Also wish the condo had more chairs, etc for us to use since we flew in. Also condiments like salt and pepper would have been nice as well. Overall it was. Great week and we will be back!

Family fun - perfect location!

It is on the 3rd floor, which is super convenient to run up the stairs to the room and not have to wait for the elevators. It looks directly over the pool area and SPECTACULAR views. Words can hardly describe the view. There is plenty of room for family fun and everyone to have their own space. The condo was clean. The mattresses could definitely be replaced with better quality and more linens. Julia was super accessible and friendly! I would highly recommend this condo.

Great family beach trip

We loved the pool situations (indoor and outdoor plus several hot tubs) but the crowning jewel was the lazy river and awesome slide. Our kids went down hundreds of times. The walk to the beach was short and the walkway itself was a great and the material didn’t burn feet and had several sprayers. You had the option of beach service right in front though we brought our own chairs. This condo was very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you would need. It felt spacious in the living area and bathrooms. One of our favorite areas was the balcony. It was ideal for our less mobile grandmother to sit and watch the ocean and see the kids at the pool. Nice to have chairs and a table toEnjoy the ocean with lunch. Overall we felt everything was very clean and well maintained and we would stay again.

Good Condo But Not A Fan Of The Parking Garage

The pictures of this condo are pretty accurate. We loved the floor to ceiling windows in the living area. It gives a great view of the Gulf. The furnishings are very comfy and the kitchen is very nice. The bedrooms are all good size and four bathrooms is a plus! I only wish the bedrooms had windows that had a view. The master bedroom had French doors that opened to the living area so you kind of had a view, but the secondary bedrooms only had small views to the lobby. I hated the parking garage. It was very tight parking. I felt a little nervous about having to walk through there because I wasn’t sure how well people could see us coming through. Also, we were on the third floor and after the second night we had to park on the 7th floor or higher because of work they were doing. It was really the worst part of the rental. The pool and lazy river were nice and my grand kids loved the splash pad. They could play there with a gate around it so we didn’t have to chase them around. The condo was clean and roomy. And we had no trouble with check in or check out. All in all, I would probably stay there again if I didn’t have to contend with the parking situation. But that’s just a personal preference.

An Awesome Stay

The unit was well equipped, had both a keurig and coffee maker, extra bar area with ice machine, nice washer/dryer, plenty of beds (no bunks) and a beautiful beach view from the balcony. Loved the bar height chairs on the balcony.. very relaxing. The only small thing, which we find in alot of condos, is the cell phone reception in back bedrooms was poor. Location is convenient to restaurants and Wal Mart Market and Publix. An overall great stay! We have already booked again for a girlfriend vacation!

We were unaware of the construction going (new pool, restaurant, etc.) on just below until a few weeks prior, but the additional pool will be nice! However, the lack of grills available during the construction was a downside. We also had our wagon stolen outside of our door, so you may want to consider bringing them in. The theft is our fault as we left it outside the condo so we didn’t track sand throughout... Lesson learned, but not a fault of the owner! Overall great condo and would consider returning in the future.

The only downfall was that the floors were extremely dirty and our feet were black anytime you walk without shoes. We just wore shoes the whole time and enjoyed our stay. Everything else was clean and the view was beautiful! We had a question about the WiFi so I sent an email about it and got a response right away which I appreciated.

Good time for the Payne’s

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent service from staff. Security was visible and allowing for a safe and secure feeling within which to enjoy our stay. One issue that caused concern. Repair or maintenance was constantly drilling in the parking garage. We were not told that there would be maintenance ongoing during our stay and felt that a reduced price should have been offered with a forwarning.
