This classic Maine cottage is perched high on the island offering elevated views of Mackerel Cove. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the covered porch or patio. There is a right-of-way path to Little Harbor a short walk down the quiet dead-end road.
The cottage offers a very well-equipped kitchen suited to allow you to make all the meals you may want. Access to a small sitting room complete with a small TV is off the kitchen area and also has access to the downstairs bathroom with a wonderful clawfoot soaking tub. There is also a washer and dryer in the lounge area. Off of the bright sitting area is an outdoor patio perfect to sit and enjoy the views. Explore the house a little more and find a great dining area with views of the cove and a cozy living room complete with a sofa and chairs. Make your way upstairs and find the three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The first of the bedrooms straight to the top right of the stairs is a queen size bed complete with ocean views. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and bedroom 3 has a trundle bed perfect for kids as well as a quaint little window bench you can sit and read at. There is also a full bath on the upper level with a stand-up shower and a separate half bath as well. *The fireplace is not for renter use.
