Perfect

Great location. Manteo is a gem. Condo was nicely decorated and clean. Pool a short walk away. Would love to come back!

This condo was wonderful. The finishes are higher end than you might expect in a beach rental. The sofas, chairs and beds were comfortable (except for the trundle one of the bedrooms). The porch was lovely with a double swinging chair on which you can sit and enjoy the breezes, the view of the marshes and watch the boats come in and out. The kitchen was well equipped for a rental. We had no issues with any of the appliances and used the washer/dryer at least once a day. The ‘upper’ level is perfect for sitting in the comfort of a/c on a more humid day and read but still have a view of the boats/marshes. The pool and clubhouse are well maintained and have activities for kids and adults. The pool is clean and well kept as well. My sons used the fitness center and were able to get in good workouts despite being on vacation. The location is close to the beach as well as the charming town of Manteo. Unfortunately the elevator was not working while we were there. But the rental office refunded a portion of our rental fee. We would rent again if we have the opportunity.

Family getaway

Everything about Sans Tan Lines was perfect. The rooms were very comfortable, with plenty of places to relax and unwind. The balcony was a favorite with great views from the swing. Loved the community and easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great location and accommodations for OBX visit!

The Sans Tan Lines condo was great for our family get together in The Outer Banks! I didn't know very much about fishing, but the location on Roanoke Island is superb for fishing and boating excursions. The location is also very convenient to quickly reach most areas in the OBX. I had looked at many other rentals and this one had the best combination of very nice interior, sleeping accommodations, pool access and price. The Pirates Cove development is top notch and the restaurant is a short walk away from the condo. Some of our trip highlights: beach day at Jeanette pier (less than 10 min away and great beach for kids), fishing outing, live music at Fish Heads pier / restaurant, Currituck lighthouse, beach driving and wild horses on Corolla beach, Wright Brothers memorial & museum, Elizabeth II ship in Manteo. Tried to go to Cape Hatteras & Ocracoke Island but got rained out (flooded road) - saving that for a return trip!

FABULOUS STAY!

Wonderful experience! Very homey accommodations - lots of character! Very clean - super comfy beds, and great location. On site restaurant was fabulous. Highly recommend!
