Mattress pads and pillow protectors are changed at each rental. Mandatory cleaning is included.<br>Dishwasher products, as well as cooking bases (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper) are provided.<br>Sets of sheets (25€/bed) and towels (13€/person) are not provided, but can be rented at an additional cost.<br><br>Pets allowed but with an extra charge (30€ per animal). Category 1 and 2 dogs not allowed.<br><br>Other remarks<br>Included are the cleaning of the accommodation (which must still be returned in a decent condition) and the reception on arrival by our concierge, Laurence.<br>She will provide you with the set of sheets/towels/dish towels if you have told us that you want to rent them at an additional cost.<br>In this particular health period, it will be up to the Tenants to make their bed and undo the sheets when they leave.<br><br>For people coming by car to Hyères: it is advisable to book the parking lot at the Tour Fondue to take the shuttle boat on weekends and public holidays in the low season as well as in summer (July – August) and for long-term stays.<br><br>Philippe and his two daughters, Ludivine and Ophélie, are at your disposal for any information and booking requests!
