If you are looking for a no worries place to stay to enjoy Cape Cod, look no further. This house is in a perfect location just a block from downtown Main Street. They provide a beach pass for all beach’s in Barnstable. There is ample parking for 2 cars and the place is super clean and has all the necessities. The host Brandon is super nice and very responsive to all your questions and needs. This was our second stay here and if we decide to return to the cape we will definitely be staying here again.

We loved our stay here. No one wanted to leave. It is wonderful in every way! Exceeded our expectations! Great hosts! Great location! Nice decor and very well equipped home. Highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for a base to discover the Cape Cod area. We would book it again.

Great Spot Quaint House

This was a great spot for my family and I for our trip. Close enough to town and the ferry to walk which was important as well as close beach access. Would 100% rent here again if I’m ever back in the area.

First time to the Cape

We had a great week in Hyannis. We traveled all over the Cape and Hyannis was that perfect middle ground. The property was clean and well taken care of and we loved the outdoor shower.

Perfect little spot

Had an amazing time, house was clean and well organized. Great for a family of four. Very easy to access all of the beaches with the parking pass, and they were gorgeous! We loved being able to walk to the ferry as well as eat at the nearby restaurants in town! Wonderful stay!

Anniversary trip

Very nice property, walkable to many restaurants, shops, and island ferries. Clean and neat, painless check in and check out processes! Will be back!

Perfect home & location

We had a great stay in Hyannis and the house was perfect. Perfectly located a block from downtown where we went almost every night for dinner. Lots of restaurants. The house was perfect, nicely decorated and had all the amenities of home. Brandon was great communicating with. Highly recommend this house. The beach pass also awesome, saved us lots.

Lovely Home in Hyannis, MA

We visited Cape Cod to celebrate our son's birthday for the long weekend. The home was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. It was just the right size for the three of us, though it accommodates more than 3 people. There is private off street parking on a quiet residential street. Mostly used the house as a base for a busy weekend but we were very happy to come back to a home for our meals and a good night of rest.

From the very beginning, Brandon was an outstanding communicator. He answered all of our questions, no matter how inane. He always responded promptly and provided tremendous service.The house was very well supplied, providing resources many other rentals do not. We were pleased that this beautiful home also included a weekly beach pass that gave us the opportunity to enjoy all of the Barnstable beaches. Linens and towels were a huge perk, but having a washer and dryer was the best! We packed less and kept the house clean because of it! The outside shower with hot water was well appreciated. Sadly, the weather prevented us from using the stunning outdoor furniture, but did enable us to use the board games from the closet! From check in to check out, we could not have been happier. Having access to all that Hyannis has to offer without the chaos of being on Main St. was tremendous. We chose this location to be close to family and ended up LOVING it! Whether you enjoy the fun of live music and partying or shopping and eating your way through town, this house provides access to all of it! We had a fantastic stay. Thank you, Brandon, for your hospitality and support!

Location is right!

Just one block off of Main St., Hyannis with great shopping and food options, great walkability to the port and ferries. The house is well appointed, clean and comfortable. We were able to access all areas of Cape Cod with reasonable drives by staying in this mid-Cape region. Comprehensive instructions are sent via email and online, easy to reference. We had no issues and had no need to contact the host throughout our stay.

Happiness in Hyannis

Anyone who has ever said “There’s no place like home” has never stayed at this beautiful property in the historic section of Hyannis. The property is exceptionally clean, comfortable furniture and it is a very quiet environment . It is a perfect location for a short hop to the center of town with shops and restaurants. The recommendations from the owner were spot on! A short drive to the ferries, which took us to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Each trip took only an hour one way. The beaches are very close and uncrowded. The owner has thought of everything that made our stay so easy and comfortable. The only problem is that one week wasn’t enough - we hated to leave! I will definitely book this property again!

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Hyannis!We absolutely loved our stay at this rental home. From the moment we walked in, it was spotless — the cleanliness was impeccable, and everything was fresh and well-maintained. The listing was 100% accurate, and if anything, the home was even better in person.The location couldn’t have been more perfect — just a short stroll to Main Street, with all its charming shops and restaurants, and close to key Hyannis highlights like the harbor ferries and the Harbor Hawks baseball field. We loved how convenient it was to explore everything without needing to drive far, and the very helpful welcome guide made it easy to find great spots and plan our days.The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. From beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas to a grill for cookouts, every detail was taken care of. The included parking was a huge plus, making it easy to come and go.We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our Cape Cod trip. We’re already looking forward to returning and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Hyannis!

Lovely house & excellent cape location

We rented this home for our family of 3 - me, my husband, and our 4 year old son in late spring. The supply of available cape homes at the time was low, and we were pleasantly surprised that this rental was still available the week of the 4th! There were no reviews at the time, as it was under new ownership. The house and the location exceeded our expectations! The house was tastefully decorated with modern, beachy neutrals, beautiful appliances, and included a great outdoor patio space for grilling and hanging out. We were walking distance to the Main St shopping and restaurant district, where there was a variety of wonderful restaurants to choose from. There were grocery options within a 10 minute drive to stock our kitchen for meals that we preferred to have at home. The house was also centrally located between several popular beach spots that we visited on all the days where the weather cooperated. The owners included a beach parking pass which saved us money and gave us flexibility to switch locations if one beach was too windy. Lastly, the hosts, Brandon & Emily, were kind, gracious, accommodating, and responsive. We felt very comfortable in our interactions with them and would love to rent again! I’m already working on my husband to figure out some dates for next summer. Brandon and Emily - it was a pleasure meeting you and thank you for making my family feel welcome!
