Shawn and family members have made a huge different as a host I’ve come across many guests; but where as for Shawn He is a well mannered young man fully trained well responsible,communication is A+ and all of the above . Hi to host and guests who come together to make the world one community , to respond at miss Mariann comment that I charge an extra $ 2000 yes I did after all of the argument they decide to pay $1000 .Cause the booking says 10 people 4 nights , well it comes to the same problems as usual instead of 10 this time it was 23 people ; a group of 23 people spent 2 nights and another group of 23 checking for the balance of the 2 nights they brought 16 military cots with blankets and pillows , on checking out nobody absolutely had the courtesy to said we are living these cots someone will come for them no communication at all . Then again different people different character. I've learned my lesson

Hi , Ronald and bodies were very understandable respected the house rule , communication was super asked information of things they needed to know about the island , places they can go to enjoy their vacation .I recommended Ronald to any host as a 5 stars guest and I would invite them back again . Hi greetings to all host and guests who have come together to make the world a better place ,rather say a better community where as communication and respect is the key for each and every one of us . In response to Mss Maria Eugenia Raugh at first there were a group of 7 people arrived and then Maria as the renter said the others came in a different flight which usually happens . It is basic Marth 7 +2=9 , and 7+ 5=12 .But Maria keeps asking if I also live on promises and I said no, then I left a few hours later my assistant called me and asked where was I and replied coki point she said I have guests at the gate which I was expected 2 and they were 5 people I immediately asked for Maria !!! Maria was no where to be found then I asked to get pay for the extra 3 person .they said Maria is the one in charge which is true, as previously Maria was supposed to pay an extra $200 which she didn't want to pay it in cash she was rather paid through vrbo , and that was her tricks my mistake is that I didn't called vrbo right away to apply the extra charge for the 3 extra person thought she would honor it, in response to The back and forth in her place while the villa was occupied for 96 hours which is 4 days it isn't true. Now she mentioned that I came to open the gate drunk with a bottle beer in my hand that again isn't true .
