Familievenlig Villa med stor privat pool nær maleriske strande

Great group of wonderful people, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay!

It was a pleasure having Becky and her family at our house. All members of the family were friendly, polite and took care of the house as if it were their own.

We are glad that you enjoyed the swimming pool and the surrounding area. Concerning the interior, a large number of photos are provided on the platform which shows how the house is furnished. As we mention in the description, the house is in the countryside, which means that people who have pets keep them in their garden space.

It was a pleasure having these wonderful guests, who took care of the house as if it were their own and left it very tidy.

Dear John and family, it was a pleasure having you as guests at my house. It is a great feeling to be hosts to such nice people. Thank you for taking care of my house as if it were your own.

Dear Claire, I’m very glad that you enjoyed your stay at my house. It was a pleasure having you. It’s always nice to see well-knit families enjoy their holidays together.

It was a pleasure having Pavlos and his family at our villa house!

I am very happy that you enjoyed your stay! It was a pleasure having you at the villa. Yes, the house is indeed in the countryside. For this reason it is chosen by families or friends who are looking for peaceful holidays.

We have been 3 years in the business, and we always like to leave customers satisfied. I should start first with the pool cleaner which was broken but because there was no way to prove whose fault it was,, the only fair action would be to ignore it, which as you saw we did, and no one was charged for it. Next, concerning the hot water the house has the capability to provide 120 litres per day of hot boiling water. It is common sense that hot water cannot be infinite at any house. We measured the water counter of the house and before your visit it was at 161m^3 and when you left it was at 171m^3. That is 10m^3 spent in 7 nights (that is 10000 litres). At least there could be some concern for water waste and common sense. Secondly, the waste bins are located 2 minutes away (on foot) from the house (you go left towards the downhill, then you go down the road on your right and the bins are in front of you). Moreover, it is not the owners fault that the public waste bins are not empty at all times. That is the local council’s responsibility. Finally, the wifi was not off neither broken, but you need to understand that the house is located in the outskirts of Athens at a small village, unfortunately maximum speed is 4Mb/s, and we never had any complaint before for the internet connection as our previous customers were aware of that. 15 people using the same wifi connection at the same time can be challenging. Last but not least, you mentioned that the pool was left dirty. The pool was full of toys and items at the bottom which restricted the pool cleaning machine, that’s also why we believe it broke. The sign over the pool clearly stated not to drop items inside. It would be nice to review and comment on things that can actually be improved. Despite your harsh comments and unpleasant behaviour,y we hope you enjoyed your stay.
