Ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac but close to the main roads, it is a completely renovated villa of 136 m2, air-conditioned upstairs, on fenced land of 250 m2, wooded terrace with parking for 2 cars that awaits you.
The villa is composed of a first floor where you will find:
- a large equipped kitchen open to the living room of 50m2, the large south-facing bay windows overlook the terrace and its SPA/Jacuzzi swim.
- a master suite with a 180 cm bed, a dressing room, a TV, a bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet, washing machine and dryer. The first floor is naturally cool, so air conditioning is not necessary. However, for optimal comfort, the master bedroom is equipped with a latest generation ceiling fan. Its DC motor is ultra-quiet and perfectly suited for the night, it maintains a light breeze and healthy air circulation and improves the quality of sleep.
- a modern gas stove heating the whole house.
- a separate toilet and sink.
Upstairs are three bedrooms all air-conditioned, equipped with mosquito nets on the windows, double beds, wardrobes and dressing room, a bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. In the largest of the three bedrooms, a relaxation area, reading and TV welcome you.
Beds will be made before your arrival so that you feel at home from the first moments, towels are provided.

Outside you can enjoy a swimming spa heated to 33 degrees on a wooden terrace covered by an electric awning and a bioclimatic pergola. Garden furniture, the fully equipped summer kitchen (plancha, fridge, sink, cupboard and washing machine) will be at your disposal.

For safety reasons, we would like to point out that the use of the spa is not recommended for young children. Swimming requires mandatory parental supervision for children who cannot swim.

For the sake of transparency, we inform you that the house is located near Biarritz airport. The noise of planes is only perceptible for a few seconds from the terrace during certain take-offs, without this being a major inconvenience to your stay.

You can reach the Grande Plage and the city center of Biarritz either in 5 minutes by car or in 20 minutes on foot. City buses are accessible 100 m on foot as well as a set of essential shops (bakery, restaurant, food, press, caterer etc).
You can access the supermarkets, the airport and the train station in a few minutes by car.
For sports enthusiasts, the Aguiléra stadium (tennis, rugby, pétanque, cesta punta, fitness room, etc.), the racecourse and the Marion and Mouriscot lakes are within a radius of one km.
