Located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator (in the heart of Royan), this fully renovated apartment overlooks the city, offering a breathtaking view of the promenade along Royan’s Grande Plage. You can admire the summer fireworks and the “Violons sur le Sable” fireworks from your window (in years when these events are permitted).
The duplex apartment sleeps up to 8 people.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (with 140- and 160-size beds), each equipped with a television. One of the bedrooms has a closet; the other has a dresser for storing personal belongings.

In the bright, air-conditioned living room, there is a sofa bed for two people, along with a TV, internet box, and a beautiful view of the outdoors.
Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with a large wooden table that seats 8 people.
From the living room, you’ll have direct access to the large balcony, where you can enjoy the view and use the outdoor furniture to sunbathe or have a meal.
Back inside and passing through the living room, the open-concept kitchen—completely renovated and equipped with all the necessary appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.) leads to the pantry, where you’ll find the washing machine, as well as an ironing board, an iron, and all cleaning supplies.
The apartment provides a hair dryer in each bathroom. Board games are also available.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and pets are not allowed.
Linens are not included in the price but can be provided, and beds can be made upon request. Duvets and pillows are available.
Beach and/or pool towels are available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
The accommodations are not suitable for people with limited mobility.
Parking spaces are available around the apartment (free in winter and free in summer, but require a blue parking disc).
