I’d stay there again

Excellent location. Perfect view of the sea and easy 20 minute walk to old town. Not that far from the airport or the port.

I had the most fantastic experience in this gorgeous flat! The location and the view are superb, and the flag is beautiful and very comfortable. The agency managing it is fantastic - all comms were detailed and very clear, the check-in and check-out process very smooth and efficient, and they were eager to help with anything. Five stars!

Wonderful accommodations!

Wonderful property with great location right across and overlooking the Mediterranean and boardwalk. Located right next to restaurants, pubs, shopping. Lana was great at walking us through the property, giving us suggestions and checking that we were having a great time during our stay.

Fabulous location!

This apartment was wonderful. The location was perfect, allowing us quick access to Old town Nice, great restaurants and bars. Our favorite spot was sitting on the patio taking in the view. It was superb. Great communication with the property management, easy checkin/out. Definitely recommend!

What a setting-wonderful

This apartment is very nice and the view is to die for. The balcony with a view of the ocean was perfect. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and the old city is remarkable. I lived Nice. Management company was very helpful and accommodating.

Would absolutely stay again!

Clean, light, airy apartment with fabulous views and sea breezes! We enjoyed watching the Bastille Day fireworks from the balcony, as well as the people strolling by on the Promenade des Anglais. My teens loved the public beach just across the street. Lots of activity and fun energy all around!

Magnifique!

Location superb overlooking the sea and promenade. Great location for exercise enthusiasts. Layout of apartment allows for privacy. Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the terrace with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. We plan to return for a longer visit

A Nice Place to stay in Nice

Overall a great stay. Location is excellent. We had a few minor hiccups but it wasn't anything that impacted us too much. The property manager is learning English and is very sweet, but with the language barrier we do feel we missed a few things. This not a true 3 bedroom. It is one room with 2 queens, 1 room with 1 queen and a sleeper sofa. AC in the bedrooms worked great if you are visiting in the warmer months.

The property was gorgeous, just like the pictures. The communication was great from start to finish. They cleaned the apartment early to accommodate our early arrival which was great! The place had plenty of items we needed for our stay. Only a few minor complaints; there were no lights in the living room that worked so it was very dark, we had a lot of trouble with the tv working, the volume kept going out so we couldn’t watch tv at night. Also, the main bedroom had a terrible smell coming out of the pipes that were coming out of the wall. Wasn’t all the time but it was bad. They were very accommodating, clean place and great location!!!

Super vistas and super comfort

Beautiful property. Lots of amenities. TV not working properly but we did not bother to complain to get it fixed. A few little problems, i.e no French adapter plug for the UK microwave. Later discovered I should have used the hair dryer adapter.

Dear Charlotte Thank you very much for a such excellent score 5/5 and your wonderful words!!! Respectfully to your a few comments I would say that French adapters attached to all electrical items supplied but very often they are disappearing from the apartment. I am sure that Property Managing Agency would be replaced it on microwave if it would be Monday as local shops would be open if they would spotted that they were missing. Secondly, our communications skills is on a very high level as we are available for our guests 24/7. Communication between guests and managing team in Nice, or with myself here on VRBO messenger or through the WhatsApp on 3 supplied mobile numbers is very easy and effortless. Out large modern flat LG TV is working perfectly ok as soon as you will switch on both required units which are: TV Itselfs and TV box by using two remote controls. It is very easy and again I would say effortless, just to use both supplied remote controls and TV will switched on without any problems. During your checking in day, our agent will be showing during her guide tour around the apartment, how to use our electrical items. Thank you very much again for your fantastic score and we all will be learn and we will improve welcoming our guests following your a few minor comments on your highly appreciated review. Fine experience

Everything was lovely, though the property manager is telling us we’ve “damaged” a towel rack in which we did not use but for its intended purpose. We are not accepting this responsibility for the “damage” they are claiming we made. On our initial walkthrough, we noticed the fresh towels were already hanging on the towel rack. We have followed all the house rules and requirements for our stay. Thank you

The location is great and the view is overlooking the water is amazing! But is it worth it? The apartment is very dated and decor is dusty. Strange “fake” cabinets make the rooms and hallway feel claustrophobic! The check-in process is done in person and does not allow for flexibility or travel disruption. The host demanded more money beyond fees listed in the description. He demanded the fee to be paid in cash so VROB does not know! I refused to pay beyond what was listed in the description for the late check in. I insisted to pay through the VROB app, The host sent long text messages or called multiple times asking for money. He was relentless.Instead of relaxing in Nice, I spent hours on the phone sorting it out with VROB. The view was not worth it!
2nd Balcony closed off and unable to open. Fire hazard!
Press board cabinets are everywhere making rooms and hallways crowded. The cabinets serve no purpose since they are boarded up. Very strange!

Cumbersome Check in

The unit is nice, altho the balconies could be less cluttered so we could use them. The sheets and bathroom rugs covering the leather couch in the living room was unappealing, in an otherwise nice apartment, with an exquisite view and great location. Our check in process was not pleasant. There’s nowhere to safely pull over to unload, and nowhere to park unless you find a spot on the street. We were not sent our check in info until the day before we were arriving, with a long, complex explanation about the locks and the problems you can have if you don’t do it right. This is not welcome stuff for a 3-night visitor. We had to coordinate our arrival time with a property manager, as we were road-tripping and not on a predictable schedule. She sent someone who met us at the apartment who spoke no English, showed us how to use the keys, and took a cash check-in surcharge which we were also told about in the check in notice.

Excellent location

We stayed five nights and were joined by friends for the last four. When we arrived, the lift was not working which made it difficult to move our luggage in and for our friends who have serious mobility issues. Apparently the lift had been out of service for five weeks, but we were not told. Indeed, the tips we received the day before included information on how to use the lift for our luggage. There were 40 stairs -- not difficult in themselves but difficult for the luggage and our friends.The apartment itself was as advertised although the second bedroom and bathroom were considerably smaller than expected. It was clean and in an excellent location.Communications with the property manager (Anna) and Angelina who helped us move in were excellent. Anna was very helpful and particularly so when we lost power during an inernational zoom meeting I was chairing.Communications with Philippe, the owner of the unit, were difficult. With regard to the failure of the lift, he wrote that the problems we had were our fault because we did not check with him before moving in to ensure that the lift was indeed working. I was not aware that it was the responsibility of the guest to check with the owner to see whether the amenities listed on VRBO are accurate. In general, he was very defensive and I was very pleased that we did not have to deal with him directly.Needless to say, should we return to Nice we will look in the same area but not with Philippe.

Dear Frederick Thank you for your review & thank you for your nice words towards our prime location & towards our Property Managing Agency’s agents Anna & Angelina. Also I can understand that there are a few misunderstandings between us. Please let me explain & clear a few points. First of all let me make a point that the lift re started to work immediately at the next day after your arrival so luckily you did not need to struggle with 40 steps daily and with your luggage at your check out day. The apartment is on a second floor with about 38 steps of very luxury marble wide staircase. This height is giving to us all a such unique opportunity to get this magic heartbreaking & magnificent panoramic Mediterranean sea views from our three panoramic balconies. Secondly, the information regarding the lift did not work for 5 weeks it was untruthful, as it was under thd repair but only for a few days before your arrival. No one reported it to me yet before you. Third, that I did not ask you to ask me regarding the lift before your arrival. What I was referring to it was that in my long experience over the guests who have got the mobility or overweight problems they normally send to me their requests regarding the size of the lift. This factor is important for the guests before they book our apartment but you did not request anything about the lift. But at the day of your arrival you mentioned about the mobility problems, please agree with me, that it could be quite to late to start asking a questions regarding the lift. Unfortunately our life is far away from being perfect, as at any country the lifts are getting broken, the size of the lifts can be smaller than we are expecting but we have to accept it all as we do not have another choice. I also mentioned to you that I had a such request from another person regarding the size of our lift due to mobility wheelchair of one of the disabled guests who was on it. I gave them my advice that they could not book out apartment due to size of the lift was smaller than the wheelchair, but you did not request any information about the lift, that’s all. Important information to our furniture guests that if the lift is not working, which is very rare, but our agents are normally helping our guests with the lifting your luggage as well as it was with Mr Frederick as Angelina did help him to lift the suitcases on the second floor. Also I want to mention that after Frederick’s check out we did not have any problems or issues with the lift or with the light. All working well!!! Thank you very much again. Best regards Philippe

Room has stunning views of the water and as well located right at the heart of the promenade. Many interesting shops, businesses, and places to eat nearby. They were ample accommodations for our group for adults. The communication with the property agent was excellent and she bent over backwards to make our stay pleasant. This was a great accommodation to start our vacation in the French Riviera.

Nice location halfway between the airport and New York City. Public transport available right in front. Older property with small room but very comfortable. Great communication with the ownership team.

Bon emplacement

Appartement bien situé sur la promenade des anglais (avec ses avantages: la vue mer et ses inconvénients: le bruit, la circulation). Appartement bien équipé. Le propriétaire ne parle qu’anglais tout comme l’intendante ce qui ne facilite pas la communication…

A fuire.

Photo mensongère très chère pour se qu'il est!! La décoration est médiocre rien à voir comme sur site internet je décommande vivement balcon très petit il est pas fait pour 5 personnes. De plus à l arrivé l appartement pas près nettoyage insuffisant tous les affaires des personnes était encore présent dans l appartement. Un conseil sauvez vous !!!!.

Great location - Great Views

You really can't beat this location for ocean views, beach access and people watching. The apartment is very nice. The living room, balconies, kitchen and bathrooms are small but functional. It worked for the 4 of us during our short stay. Easy 10-15 min walk to the old city section. Note: the bedrooms have power shades that slide down over the windows - you just have to find the switch. This was skipped during our checkin and we slept with street lights pouring in during our first night. Here are some minor issues - but remember our stay was great: The door lock is huge and a bit cumbersome to use, plus only 1 key. I would change that if it were my place. Checkin was not ideal. The manager needs 45 mins or so notice before she can get there. We texted during the train ride to Nice and that didn't work well, so we had to wait once we arrived.

Our property definitely unique due to supreme location, which include not only the seafront position and also we are situated on a heart of the Bay of Angel, just few steps from famous NEGRESCO Hotel. Marriott Hotel is also just on the corner!

You will see the sunrise and sun will be following you all day long until you will be seating with the glass of rose on your balcony and watching the sunset as well.

Beautiful refreshing sea breath coming from the sea which is just a cross a road from you for a less than a minute will be comforting you where ever you are, inside the property or on a panoramic balconies.

Two bedrooms and large open plan kitchen dining and seating room all with air conditioners, panoramic sea views and the balconies.

Located on the second floor with the lift making our property comfortable to reach.

We are supplying shampoo, shower gel, hand wash and starting pack for the kitchen including the washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets.
