8-bedroom house, ideal for family gatherings or other events

This family home has 8 bedrooms of different sizes (7 to 20 m2), 2 of which are air-conditioned. A large dining room, a living room, a kitchen with scullery.<br>The house overlooks an enclosed courtyard (good for small children!). There is also a large outdoor room of 40 m2 (meals, games, rest...), a covered terrace and a garden.<br><br>The interest of this house is its capacity for both accommodation and meals.<br>The sleeping area on the first and second levels is well insulated from the living rooms on the first floor. So some can stay and live the evening downstairs while others can go to sleep (for example the children)<br><br>Traveler access<br>The whole house is available as well as the outdoor room, the terrace and the garden from the inner courtyard<br><br>Bed linen and toiletries are not provided, please come with your own. All rooms are with pillows, except the dormitory whose beds are with bolster.<br>The deposit is €500. There is nothing to pay, this is the maximum amount that will be required in the event of damage.<br>Cleaning and storage must be done before departure. The house must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as it was before arrival.<br>Please make sure to empty the fridge and bins. For this purpose, containers (household waste, packaging, glasses, etc.) are available about a hundred meters from the house.<br>A cleaning fee is possible (130€). This option can be requested after booking.<br>The stay is 2 nights minimum.<br>A table tennis table, a barbecue and a tumble dryer are available on request a few days before your arrival.<br>A communal pétanque court is available within 100 metres.<br>A bakery, a restaurant and a pizzeria are all ready. <br>A U express store with Drive is located less than a km away (3 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot).
