OK communication with the 'concierge' for a smooth check-in.It was a little confusing as Hostnfly had given us a different number to contact but the concierge contacted us directly, so it was fine.Note: We arrived at 13:30, and early check-in cost 30eur. Easy to find and very good parking, but it was very full, so we got the last available spot.Old apartment block with an old small lift - not the worst and worked fine.The apartment was much smaller than expected.We were a group of four, and it would have been a problem if we did not know each other so well.The apartment is in a vital need of a renovation.The fridge was VERY small for four people.The kitchen was cramped, with a maximum of one person at a time.The door opens inwards and blocks off the living room when cooking. Not so social. The bathroom is old, and the shower was blocked. We tried to unblock the shower, but it was deeper than just the hair that was left in the drain.There are no instructions when leaving the apartment other than: "leave dirty towels and sheets in a pile." It also said that full cleaning was included, but that is not the case. We were charged 42eur as they thought we left it unclean. We are arguing the case. Watch out for additional charges. I have had a bad experience with Hostnfly before.It was a good location and had great parking, but there is no chance I would ever want to stay here again unless the apartment was renovated and there were different hosts (hostnfly).
