🏡 THE LAYOUT

This beautiful loft features a charming private garden, allowing guests to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors, a rare and precious feature in the city center.

The living area is a large and bright open space, characterized by carefully selected design elements, stylish details, and a warm atmosphere.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen blends beautifully into the living space and provides everything you need to prepare your favorite meals during your stay.

A few steps down lead to a cozy relaxation area featuring a Smart TV and a double sofa bed.

A comfortable bathroom with WC, sink, and washing machine completes this area of the loft.

Going upstairs, you will reach the sleeping area, entirely dedicated to comfort and relaxation.

The first bedroom is spacious and filled with natural light thanks to its wall of French doors overlooking the condominium courtyard. It features a comfortable double bed and a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower - The room also includes a BIG walk-in wardrobe, spacious enough to accommodate all guests’ luggage and dresses.

The second bedroom, smaller but cozy and functional, offers two single beds, a desk, and a wardrobe.

The third and final bedroom on the upper floor features a comfortable double bed.

A third large bathroom, located between the two bedrooms, completes the sleeping area. It is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and double sink.

➡️ IMPORTANT - The loft is equipped with a cooling system for summer (not air conditioning) and underfloor heating for winter, ensuring comfort throughout the year.

FOR FAMILIES - A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and subject to availability.

SPECIAL RATES
Weekly stays: a discount is automatically applied by the system.

Monthly stays: a special discounted rate is automatically applied by the system.
For bookings longer than 28 nights, contract registration is mandatory. The registration fee (€180) is payable by the guest.

Upon arrival you will find:

✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ WELCOME KIT (initial supply): some laundry detergent pods, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, paper towels, 2–3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, and garbage bags
Once the initial supplies are used up, guests will need to provide their own.

GUEST REGISTRATION
You will receive a link via the VRBO chat to register each guest staying in the apartment, as required by law. It is important that this registration is completed before check-in.

➡️ CITY TAX : To be paid in cash upon arrival – payable to the City of Milan. The amount is €9.50 per person per night for the first 14 nights (minors, residents, and hospital patients are exempt).

In appearance, from the map, it might seem like the house is far from everything, but fear not! In no time, you can reach every fascinating corner of the city: from the Duomo Square to the RhoFieraMilano (for those here for events). And guess what? Thanks to the proximity to the station, you can even plan day trips to Lake Como, Garda, or venture out to explore Verona and Venice (just a mere 2 and a half hours away). The magic is that it seems distant, but it’s all within reach, or rather, within walking distance!

Situated on a quiet and low-traffic street, the accommodation to rent in Milan is conveniently close to all amenities, including public transportation and services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies.

Corso Buenos Aires, one of the most famous shopping streets of Milan is 500 meters away from the house. Suggestive during the Christmas season and during the Milan Fashion Weeks.

Getting around
The short term rental in Milan is connected to the city center and the main attractions.

- 6 minutes; The closest subway is Sondrio – Yellow line M3 (it leads directly into the Duomo) and Pasteur – Red line M1 (it leads directly into the Duomo)
- 10 minutes walk from Central Station (MM2 yellow line and MM3 green line)
- 10 minutes walk from Piazzale Loreto (MM1 red line subway – in a few stops you reach the Duomo, the historic center)
