Newly Renovated! CB Condo unit 104 (sleeps up to 8)

Wanna get away and enjoy the sunshine? Interested in Summer Concerts at the Gorge? Crescent Bar is just a 2 1/2 hour drive from Seattle and this condo has everything you need for R&R.

Our unit is located close to the gate for easy load & unload. Enjoy the large pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and spacious lawn area! Or take an easy walk to the river, beaches, 2 golf courses, boat launches, playground & trails!

Winter in Crescent Bar is also very enchanting and relaxing! Come and enjoy the crisp sunny days. Bundle up for some golf, a walk along the river or bring your boat for a smooth cruise and some fishing. Mission Ridge Ski area is only 45 minutes away and tons of fun for skiers, snowboarders or going sledding. Very quiet and peaceful in the winter for a quick getaway to rejuvenate. And with over 300 days of sunshine a year it is sure to help beat the winter blues!

Main level has a spacious, fully stocked kitchen and dining table which seats 6.
A very comfortable living area with sofa to relax and watch T.V. or just stare out the window at the well maintained grounds and pool area.

Main level also includes:

-Main Bedroom featuring Queen size bed

-Full size washer/dryer (great for those week long stays!)

-Bathroom with full size tub/shower and large vanity

-Plenty of room for everyone to relax, play games, cook and enjoy!

Upstairs you will find the 2nd bedroom with a Queen Bed, dresser

There is also a loft area where you will find another queen size bed, dresser and T.V.

You will also find a triple Bunk Bed in the hallway for the kiddos or adults that are young at heart.

There is a second bath upstairs

The deck provides a pool view and has a BBQ and overhead patio lights for a nice warm glow in the evening.

Condo includes all bed linens, bath towels and pool towels. A full list of included items will be provided prior to your stay or if you have questions before you book feel free to ask.

Great hosts.

Despite unforeseen weather obstacles our host was very helpful and responsive. Great family property. You really can’t beat the location and the pool. I would definitely come back. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great stay!

The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean, updated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The layout of the condo was great-the upstairs was very spacious and having a second bathroom was really nice. The condo Was located close to the pool and to the gate out to the parking lot. Check in was seamless and easy and the owner was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend this condo and we will definitely stay again!

Just okay

While the pictures and description were an accurate. The washer went out days before we got there which is fine but we were delayed on being able to check in and we’re without some linens and towels as well as other toiletries and essential items that were event provided after being there a day. Also the Air conditioner upstairs is horrible the whole upstairs was miserably HOT! I would not choose to stay here again due to the AC alone.

Great spot!

Perfect place to stay for concerts at the Gorge. Clean, well-stocked, beautiful views, easy drives to Wenatchee and George. Owner/agent communicates quickly.

Excellent! Pictures don’t do it justice!

This place is wonderful! The pictures online need to be updated because they don’t do it justice! (that’s why I ranked 3 stars for accuracy) We were so pleasantly surprised! Clean, updated, well stocked. Gorgeous pool, fantastic courtyard for kids or just hanging out. We never needed anything that wasn’t already there. Towels and sheets, all kitchen needs, updated kitchen and nice floors. Comfy beds, cold air conditioning …. I could go on and on. We took the shuttle with Crescent bar excursions (talk to Debbie !) to the Gorge for 3 nights and they are so great! Marta and Tom were our shuttle drivers and so sweet! We couldn’t have been happier and we will definitely stay here again!!!! A+ all around!!!!

The condo was excellent!

I read some earlier reviews and was a bit concerned. I contacted the owner and was assured all was well. We have been in the unit for 4 days and it's been wonderful; the location is great and we had everything we needed. Communication was fast and the owner seemed very willing to do all that was necessary to make our stay a great one. We will return in the future.

Horrible smell like urine, no response from owners. Renter beware.

The upstairs loft area smelled entirely of urine which made the whole place nearly impossible to stay in. We reached out to resolve it with the owners via phone/vrbo and no response.

Tidy, great location, great complex

The unit itself was tidy and had all the utensils/towels/bedding etc. that you could possibly need. The actual complex was very nicely manicured and the pool area was fun for adults and kids. Note that there is wifi but you have to pay for it. And there is a horrible smell in the unit that the heat just amplifies.
