Beautifully decorated & clean. Has all amenities you would need. Beds are comfy too. Secure building with code to get into building and code for the pool area. Pool is halfway under the building so if you want full sun, you should go in the morning. Beach is not crowded at all and chair/umbrellas are for rent. Beach does not allow 4 pole type umbrellas. Only single pole. Will return!

Our family enjoyed the location; the pool at the Bahamas Sands was great. The kiddie pool was enjoyed by our toddler as was the lazy river. The view from the room was beautiful and the decor inside was too. Only suggestion is to bring some blackout curtains as two of the bedrooms have windows to the hallway and the lights were on. We threw some blankets over so it was so bright. Otherwise we didn’t have any issues and would stay there again.

The condo was clean, updated, and very comfortable. It had a large balcony with a wonderful view of the beach. The check-in process was quick and easy and communication between the host was great. It had easy access to the beach, which was great for us since we hauled a lot of things to the beach. One thing I would have liked would be room darkening drapes in the room that had a window to the walkway at the front of the condo. We didn’t really use the pools, but we would prefer them to be out in the open instead of under the building, but that does give you an opportunity to get out of the sun.All in all, we had a great stay.

This was probably one of the best VRBO rentals I’ve ever stayed in. View was spectacular. The condo was updated, clean, and fully stocked-the kitchen was honestly better stocked than my own. We had a great week! Highly recommend.

Amazing Condo

This was by far the best condo we have stayed in at North Myrtle Beach. It was modern and clean. The condo was fully stocked with anything kitchen related, wash cloths and towels, hairdryers, and a laundry basket! Beautiful view and not crowed on the beach. Plenty of parking in the parking garage. Only suggestion is that it is time to change the shower curtains in the bathrooms (moldy) and upgrade the shower in the master bath. Otherwise very spacious and would definitely stay again!

North Beach Realty terrible prop mgt co

Condo had roaches! Overall cleanliness was subpar for price paid for housekeeping. Told prop mgt and was met with attitude, rudeness and overall unprofessional behavior. Been coming to NMBEACH for almost 30 years and have family in area, never met such a poor mgt office. Would never patronize them again and will inform all associates and family members of our experience.
