Right in the heart of Laval, Le Gambetta is a spacious 84 m² flat for four people, ideal for exploring the town on foot whilst enjoying a peaceful stay. With two large bedrooms featuring king-size beds, a balcony overlooking the River Mayenne and a location just a 1-minute walk from Les Halles de Laval, it’s a particularly pleasant place to stay, whether for a few days or a longer break.

You can check in independently thanks to a smart lock: no need to arrange a meeting or collect keys. You simply gain access to the flat on arrival, within the specified check-in times.

The flat is on the second floor of a building without a lift, just a short walk from the historic centre, shops and restaurants. Les Halles de Laval, opening in June 2025, is just a 1-minute walk away: you can easily do your shopping there, enjoy the food shops, have lunch or pop in for a drink without having to get back in the car.

A real bonus for such a central flat: Le Gambetta is situated on a cul-de-sac, with no through traffic or passing buses. A few cars do drive through to reach the nearby public car park, but the street remains quiet. This means you can enjoy the town centre whilst staying away from the hustle and bustle.

Inside, the 84 m² offers generous proportions and a real sense of space. The bright and cosy living area comprises a lounge with a smart TV, as well as a dining area where you can gather round a large table.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home: oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery.

As for the bedrooms, there are two large rooms, each with a king-size bed measuring 180 × 200 cm. A truly comfortable stay, whether for two couples or a family.

The spacious bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and a double washbasin. There is also a washing machine, a heated towel rail and a separate toilet.

The balcony offers a lovely view of the Mayenne and allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the flat.

If you’re travelling by car, a free private parking space is available within the residential complex. The access road is narrow and is therefore best suited to smaller cars. For larger vehicles, there is a public car park in the immediate vicinity.

Laval railway station is about a ten-minute walk away.

Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included so you can travel light. The flat is entirely non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
