→ Free high-speed Wi-Fi is included, allowing you to browse the web and work remotely in comfort.

→ One large 120 cm HD TV with Netflix and digital terrestrial TV channels available so you can enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows.

→ A beautiful kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. The kitchen includes a compact refrigerator with a small freezer, a microwave, and a 2-burner stovetop.

→ A coffee maker so you can enjoy the coffee we provide during your stay. Tea and a few cookies are provided to help you feel right at home.

→ An iron and ironing board are available in the laundry room

→ Secure underground parking at “Place de la République,” a 5-minute walk away. The rate is €1 per night from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and €9 for the entire day. Free parking spaces are also available near the apartment.
