Relax on the very cozy outdoor lanai while experiencing the beautiful surroundings. You will be in awe of the morning view from the upstairs bedroom overlooking the tranquil river setting. It is a bird watcher’s paradise with many bird sounds to greet you. Your morning coffee never tasted so good!

You can fish right off the floating dock or adventure out in one of the kayaks to discover the truly amazing surroundings which include an 8,000 acre nature preserve directly across the river. In the past, we have seen deer, hogs, and even otters playing on the shore bank of that preserve.

Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen that any chef would love! There is a pool table for those fun game challenges. You can experience an early morning soak, afternoon swim or an evening gathering in the swim spa/hot tub that can’t be beat!

A master bedroom upstairs and an upstairs loft with a queen size sleeper sofa as well as two downstairs guest bedrooms allow this home to accommodate 6 guests.

Spend a day floating down the crystal clear Rainbow River which is just minutes away!

We are close to Crystal River where you can see the manatees or schedule a seasonal scalloping trip. Also, the amazing World Equestrian Center is just a short drive away!

For your added comfort and security we have an electronic gate to access the property and have installed blink security cameras outside front and back doors. Due to the close proximity of the river, NO child is allowed UNDER 6. Also, in consideration of future guests with allergies, we do not accept indoor smoking or any pets on the premises.
