This newly renovated condo in the Sea Side Villas complex is just what you need to have the vacation of a lifetime! With new flooring throughout, new kitchen countertops, cabinets, and appliances, the bathroom is also newly renovated and feels very modern. This condo boasts beautiful decor and details! Enjoy the fresh coastal air on the private balcony as you plan out a fun day. There will be no lack of adventure here, as guests can make their way to the shared pool for a day of sunbathing or make the small walk to the sand for a picnic on the beach. Not to mention, picnic tables and grills are available in the common area, perfect for a family BBQ!

Perfect location. Easy walk to Coligny shops and restaurants. Condo is very nice, had everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Yes, it's small, but perfect for two. We had a couple issues with our "codes" but Vacasa was very quick and attentive. Such a beautiful week.

Perfect for 2

This was a very nice VRBO with all the amenities needed for 2 people. Location was great and I would return if the opportunity presented itself again in the future.

Easy walk to beach

Quick walk to beach. Perfect for a couple. Needs new beach chairs. Keep bathroom door closed keeps bedroom cooler.

Hilton Head condo

We have stayed at the Sea Side Villas in the past and have always enjoyed our stay. The property is small but it provided everything we needed. I agree with other post about the furniture being uncomfortable but we were fortunate to be outside for most of our stay. The bedroom is small and even with fans warm.

Great villa!

The villa was nicely updated and very well stocked – we cooked in some because we had little ones and the kitchen had everything we needed. We particularly loved that there were beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards available for use. The only negative was that the bedroom was hot (especially sleeping at night) with just the window air conditioner cooling the living area of the villa.

Clean and practical.

My girlfriend and I; we stay at Sea Side Villas for every visit at HHI and couldn't be happier with the services and amenities provided. We were quite impressed with the recent renovation. It's cleanliness and decorum is always up to par. The beach is but a walk away and you have delicious choices to feast on all around you. Customer service from Vacasa are welcoming and professional.

Location very good

Location was great. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Apartment was very clean.The sofa needs to be changed, no support left in the cushion's. High patio furniture not comfortable for seniors. We did have a few issues the first two days but they where resolved very quickly. The people where very helpful and responded to the issues quickly and friendly.

Unit clean. Tastefully decorated beachy vibe. Updates were nice. But, furniture very uncomfortable, bed a full not a queen, very uncomfortable. AC only cooled tiny living area not bedroom. TV system very hard to navigate.

May Vacation

We had a really great vacation. The unit was great and we would come back again. The view was really nice as well. You are also close to the elevator. Two issues we had was the bedroom was warm and we did make this work with turning the air down a little lower at night and running all the fans. The other issue was minor and we fixed it. There was not a tall mirror to be able to look at your outfit so we purchased one and stored it in the closet when we left. It is white and would look good on a door or behind the door in the bathroom on the wall. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Lovely property. Unfortunately no privacy.

I enjoyed my stay. Condo was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I will not book a Vacasa property ever again. This was one of two properties I stayed at while visiting Hilton Head Island. Both properties I had been given the option to pay for a late check out. Both times I had housekeeping walk in on me. This is due to a lack of communication between VRBO and Vacasa and also because Vacasa removes all inside security locks from their properties. This means that anyone with the code can potentially enter at any time. As a solo female traveler this is unacceptable. I would feel safer staying at the motel down the street. They at least leave deadbolts on the doors and let housekeeping know of late check outs.

Clean and close to the beach

The property was just as expected. It had everything we needed for our weekend at the beach. It was a short walk, manageable for even a 3 year old. There were also extra beach toys and chairs to use. The kitchen was well stocked to make meals. There was a keurig, remember to bring your own ground coffee for the reusable filter or k cups! Everything was clean and comfortable. It was a great location close to everything we needed. My kids and myself had a great experience overall. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo

It was very clean I liked the open concept in the kitchen. It’s very close to beach. It provided everything you needed. I will definitely stay again. Seaside Villias is my favorite place to stay.

Abundant beach supplies

You won't need to rent anything on the beach. There are chairs, beach mats, beach bag, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, and even kids toys in the storage area on the balcony.

Great location that is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

The property is in a good location. The pool was on the ground floor right below the room which is a great spot for kids. Room meet our needs as we were not in the room very much with all the things to do around Hilton Head Island.

Very uncomfortable

Unit is very small & uncomfortable. Couch was tiny & very uncomfortable. Had a fold out bed but when we pulled back had dirty sheets on the paper thin mattress. The mattress on the bed was horrible, I leaned toward my husband all night & the sheets were not soft. Everything was cheap & uncomfortable in the unit. Owner needs to upgrade furniture just a bit for more comfortabilty. Unit was extremely hot just a small hotel type ac no actual vents anywhere in the unit. My teenager slept on the built in bunk due to the fold out couch being so bad. Top bunk had no mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable as well. TV did not work in the bedroom. Porch/balcony not very useful due to size & the ac unit blows hot air out one side. Not a great choice for a weekend getaway won’t stay at Sea Side Villas again.
