Very clean, easy communication, beautiful house, quiet neighborhood, simple checkout. Of all the things to tackle for our vacation spring about our rental wasn't one. Thanks for a lovely time.

This was a great house for our group! The spaces worked well for us, including where our kids thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement. the neighborhood was nice and quiet. No major complaints, the only minor suggestion would be more clarity on items not provided such as body wash, dish soap, etc. Overall a great value!

We are thrilled to hear that your group enjoyed the house, the quiet neighborhood, and that the kids had a great time with the ping pong table. ​We would just like to clarify for future guests that we do keep the property stocked with essential supplies. Upon arrival, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and dish soap are provided,and if you run out, guests are responsible for purchasing their own additional supplies. ​Because we want our guests to be relaxed, we made an exception and let them stay until 2:00 PM instead of the standard 11:00 AM check-out time. ​Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we wish you all the best!

Check-in was meet with ants in the kitchen on the counter and floor. Communicated with host and she wanted to send exterminator and said it had rained a lot. I declined and bought traps the next morning because they were there again when we woke up the next morning . She also bought traps and dropped them off at front door next day. Traps we bought took care of the problem. House seemed unkept and there was a strong mildew smell coming from the laundry room. Random kids clothes, food, broken toys, pictures around house. Unplugged Freezer in garage had strong oder coming from it that seemed to take over the whole basement. Lacking basic supplies in the house. Needed to buy baking sheet, measuring spoons, salt and pepper, Ran out of garbage bags, toilet paper. No paper towels or kitchen towels. Shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms seemed very old.

We would like to mention that the temporary presence of ants was caused by a violent storm the night before check-in, and we intervened immediately with treatment solutions. The house was properly cleaned prior to your arrival, and the rest of the mentioned aspects come down to personal preference. For your future travels, we recommend choosing a higher-end (luxury) accommodation that better matches your standards. Best regards!

Host was very pleasant and quick to respond. However, she had troubles with her cleaning crew so the house was not clean from previous renters. We went to dinner while she and possibly her daughter tidied it up themselves while we were gone. Beds were visibly slept in before they "cleaned", but we are not sure if new sheets were put on or just bed straightened. Ants were all around on floor by kitchen garbage can. The cleaning was done in about an hour and 20 minutes for a large multi level 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, so we don't think it was disinfected at all, or new bedding. The living room area rug was not vacuumed and visible hairs and debris still on it. Stains on cloth sofa. Coffee pot was needing a cleaning, it was pretty clogged. There was a wasp nest above front door (main entry). The beds were not comfortable at all. Nice quiet neighborhood, but the hills and slopes were tough to handle, even the driveway and yard. I went and bought disinfecting cleaners and laundry supplies. I disinfected surfaces, bathrooms, couch fabric, and washed all bedding, so I knew it was cleaner for us. She needs a better cleaning crew for sure.

While we jumped in personally to resolve the issue as quickly as possible so you could settle in, we completely understand your concerns. So attractive and comfortable; quiet neighborhood; close to attractions. As a split level, several stairs to front door and more stairs within house, except for lower level accessible through garage. Enjoyed stay very much.

Great Stay in Ozark, MO

We had a great stay at this 4 bedroom house. We are a family of 6 with 4 children (ages 16,15,13,8). Great neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants and other activities. We were on our way down to Branson for a week long baseball tournament and took a few days prior to enjoy the area. We went to Mansfield to see the Laura Ingalls homestead and also drove back up to Springfield and went to the Zoo. This house was centrally located and activities were not far away. The house was clean and was so nice. We had everything we needed while there. The kids had plenty of room and there was even a few toys for our younger one to play with while we were there. I wish it would have been available for our whole stay in July because I would have preferred to stay here than move on as we had to do since we had to go to my son's baseball. The garage was also available to park in which was a plus. Overall a great place to stay!

very accommodating for Family of 7

Close to Springfield Missouri which we had things we plan on doing there the bass pro shop was amazing as well as convenient to Branson even with gas a little high did not put a damper on our back-and-forth trips.

Extremely tidy, spacious and equipped with everything you need.

Extremely tidy, spacious and equipped with everything you need. It's located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Short drive to lots of great restaurants and shops. It's a perfect place to stay for a larger family or a group. Cute decorations & cozy bedrooms. We will most definitely be coming back whenever we make a trip to Springfield again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful girls weekend

This home was great for our party of 9 sisters, nieces, great niece and great great niece and a friend. We had everything we needed so no need to communicate throughout the weekend but host was very quick to respond prior to our arrival when I had a question. Will definitely stay again next time!

Cute place

We had a girls trip with besties from college, along with four kiddos under four. There were toys and bunk beds to keep the kiddos busy. There were two living areas. The area downstairs had the tv- furniture wasn’t the most comfortable in the basement living room/bedroom, but the others were great. We didn’t leave the house except to run to Walmart which was nearby. We even had some groceries delivered. It was a great house for a party of our size!

Family meet

This property was exactly as published. It was very clean and in a great location for us! There was plenty of space for our family! Would definitely stay here again! Only thing I’d suggest is outdoor lighting! It was very hard to see as we were up early to load and get on the road!
