Perfekt til familier eller par og er møbleret til en meget høj standard med importerede italienske møbler. Det tilbyder rummelig åben planløsning. Der er en stor privat have med off-road parkering og et omfattende gårdhaveområde omkring poolen til siden med masser af plads til solbadning. Der er en muret grill til udendørs spisning. Butikker, restauranter, barer, internetcafé og supermarked ligger alle inden for 5 minutters gang, ligesom det er den verdensberømte Coral Beach og busstoppested med regelmæssig service til Paphos og vandland. Lovely traditional, private villa. Very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of outdoor areas to relax in and a fantastic sized pool that gets the sun all day.

Lovely and near to lots of great restaurants. Only a few minutes from the beach.Great pool , we brought our 4 year oldgranddaughter with us who had a great time too, property had everything you could need.All in all, glad we picked this property, will be returning.

We returned to this Villa again this year. We love the large very clean swimming pool. Air Con works really well and Lisa is excellent host, answering any questions very quickly. We did not hire a car, but you can walk to restaurants and beach, and take a bus into Paphos very easily. Lisa kindly booked our airport taxis with a great local driver. Thanks Lisa we had another lovely stay.

Everything was great the property was close to bars and restaurants so no driving every night,the pool and all the outdoors space was great also and the welcome pack was a bonus. Would definitely book again.

The property was clean and tidy on arrival with a welcome pack which included a folder with lots of handy local information. The rooms were spacious and functional. The pool was fantastic with a very useful sheltered patio area. There was a handy water cooler dispenser in the property which also had air conditioning throughout. Coral Bay town centre was around a 15/20 min walk with a good choice of bars/restaurants and shops. Overall we had a great time although there was a fair bit of dogs barking noise during the early hours.

Fantastic villa in an amazing location

Lovely, clean modern villa with a great pool. Beautiful views all round. Sea and local restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and come back.

HI HI You are the first person to make such a comment, we get 5^ reviews ( plus a book in the villa full of compliments from our repeat guests who aren't able to review on vrbo We have 60% repeats as our guests generally love the villa. The property is redecorated every winter and all furniture is solid wood not mdf and exactly as shown in the photographs. We were however disappointed to come to do the clean to find toilets used and not flushed and had been left overnight as we had given you a complimentary late departure ,plus ashtrays full to overflowing outside is not normally what we find when we turn up to clean. regards Lisa and Felix

Relaxing stay

We arrived early hours of the morning after a flight delay to find villa wonderfully welcoming and the host had left a welcome pack in the fridge.After a great night's sleep in the very comfortable bed we headed outside to find a very welcoming and very clean pool everything was as described and we had everything to hand which made our stay perfect.

Great location

Great experience renting this Villa, Lisa was so helpful, we originally booked and had to cancel due to government covid restrictions. The villa was worth the wait, great location, full uninterrupted sunshine on the pool all day, felt like getting in a warm bath with the heat of the sun. The aircon in the bedrooms was much appreciated on a night too. 100% looking forward to stopping here in the future.

Excellent

The villa is excellent, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. It is very well located for beach, bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Any problems have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Communication with the hosts is excellent and we would highly recommend this property for a relaxing holiday

Great property

This is a great villa rental, close to the beach and accessible from the airport with ease. Lovely to have a welcome pack available on arrival and really pleased with the water cooler. The sun shone all week for us. Excellent communication with Lisa throughout the booking process and in the lead up to our stay. Would defiantly book again.

Third stay at Villa Lesbos

Another great stay at this villa Lesbo, arrived late to a lovely welcome pack, third visit to this villa, which ticks all the boxes for a lovely stay, peaceful area short walk to Beach and Coral Bay strip,spacious villa, with ceiling fans and air conditioning, everything you need, good pool area, which gets sun all day, and also seated shaded area to cool down and eat... thanks again to our hosts for another lovely stay .... definitely recommend....

Fantastic home from home

The house was lovely and the groceries in the fridge were a real treat, we arrived late in the evening and it was nice not to have to go and find somewhere to get milk, bread, water etc…… The house was spotless and very welcoming, the pool was lovely as we lazed around for a few days just to soak up the sun and enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommended and we will definitely be re booking for our next trip to Cyprus

Fantastic home.

This property had everything in it you need. A welcome pack was waiting for us which was a lovely touch. The beds were so comfortable. There are several areas to sit outside and enjoy the sun setting in the evening. The pool was immaculate and was cleaned mid way through our week.

Nice villa and well situated

Nice villa in an excellent location, for all amenities. Most basic essentials provided, although some furnishings inside and outside beginning to look rather tired. A slight ant problem in the kitchen and we had to buy our own ant repellant traps. Nice clean pool which we enjoyed and we were very grateful of the late checkout.

You refer to an ant problem you had during your stay, obviously there were no ants when you arrived but they subsequently appeared.. When we came to do your clean its apparent why you had some ants, we are a hot country and we advise all crumbs etc must be cleared away immediately or ants will come in, this is the same in all Mediterranean countries. there were so many crumbs around the toaster on your departure the ants would have had a field day unfortunately. One sun longer ripped during your stay but you didnt report it on the number on your welcome letter. Had you done so it would have been replaced. All the internal furniture is exactly as the photos and is all high quality, mostly from a well known local Italian furniture shop . kind regards Lisa

A beautiful villa

From looking for a villa and looking how it was furnished I couldn't have chosen better! Lisa was really helpful with any questions I wanted to ask and she arranged my families pick up via taxi to and from the airport. Once at the villa I would say it was better than the pictures describe as it is absolutely massive inside and has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the welcome pack on our arrival from an evening flight was realy considerate and helpful. All in all I would happily recommend the villa to anyone and thanks so much Lisa for a lovely stay at the spacious and excellently located villa. I hope to be in touch shortly to book again with you!!

Lovely villa

Stayed in this villa in Aug 19 - lovely villa with a great pool area. Pool gets lots of sun and is a good size. Villa was clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Welcome pack much appreciated after our late arrival. Great location close to beaches . 20 min walk to coral bay strip. Many thanks to Lisa and Felix for looking after us once again.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

We came on honeymoon to Coral Bay in 2001, we had been looking to buy abroad for a couple of years and Coral Bay ticked all the boxes so on a mad impulse we bought a lump of mud! which is the villa next door to this.We then took delivery of our dream holiday home a year later, it was our holiday home until 2006 when we made the decision to up sticks and emigrate, no regrets!
This villa is a perfect location and being a 2 ed added to limone perfectly as we can now accommodated larger families of upto 10 over the two villas., being a larger fully enclosed plot, amazing blue flagged beaches, great restaurants, sun shines most days, its a peaceful location yet everything is in walking distance so you don't need a car unless you want to explore the island. What more could we want?

perfect location, fully enclosed, private
swimming pool , two outside dining areas, one under pergola and one under the gazebo, sailed area for sunbathing and plenty of sunny areas.
Relax and enjoy your time with us, people come back to us year after year and we aim to keep it that way.
