A 100-hectare ski area extending up to an altitude of 2,830 meters and reaching as far as Saint-Véran, cross-country ski trails, snowshoe trails, a year-round toboggan run, a city park (handball, basketball, and soccer), a skate park, a daycare center just 20 meters away, a shuttle to the Guillestre train station, and plenty of activities to enjoy. A free shuttle serves the various valleys of the Queyras (Abries, Ceillac, Arvieux, and Saint-Véran).
The location is ideal as a starting point for numerous hikes throughout the Queyras.
Equipment rentals are just 20 meters away, the ticket office is right next door, and the ski lifts are 50 meters away!
We’re on the 3rd floor of the residence (with an elevator) and enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The 28-square-meter apartment features a bedroom with a 140-bed, a living/dining area with a 140-sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of storage space, a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric grill, raclette machine...) and a balcony. 4G
Private parking is available within the residence. The residence has an elevator and a private ski locker available on the first floor.
Access to the residence’s parking lot is granted via a provided access card.
A rental package including 2 sets of bed linens, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 1 bath mat, and 1 dish towel is available for an additional €25. Laundry kit sold separately. Please inquire when booking.
Cleaning is included in the rental price.
Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
