The entire apartment has very nice laminate floors throughout, lots of windows and natural light. Owners live on the first and second floors. Well behaved dog and cat welcome but must notify the owners. For everyone's safety, security cameras are on the property but not inside the apartment. Must show your drivers license or passport upon arrival. Sorry, because of recent abuse of the apartment by a guest, any rules that are broken are strictly prohibited and could result in an eviction. Because of the cost of cleaning and laundering, an extra $20 is required for the usage of the 2nd bedroom and $10 per person over 2 people. No smoking or parties.
