My husband and I stayed in this condo and it was a wonderful time. We didn’t cook because we had rented a bigger condo for our adult kids and their cousins so we cooked there. It was tastefully decorated, clean, with beautiful views. The tidewater check in is superb and we like the amenities and location.

The view of the ocean was amazing, the cleanliness was okay because there are some stains on the couch. The condo is kinda hot because the AC wasn’t working so good so we couldn’t sleep without turning the fan on. I wish if you can put a certain in the bedroom because it was so bright we couldn’t sleep because of the sun light.

The view was beautiful! Condo was very clean. The pool was cold very cold. I will make one suggestion they need some type of ice maker in the condo, either an ice machine or an ice maker in the refrigerator. They had 2 ice trays which is a pain. The ice at the condo cost almost 5.00 a small bag gets expensive or they need an ice machine on every floor but other than that it was very nice beautiful view! And a crazy owl that moves and chirps and stares at you would book again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay in this condo. It was very clean and comfortable for the most part. The couches need to be replaced, not very comfortable to sit on and you sink into the sofa and not in a good way. The master bed was comfy, but it makes noise and the headboard bangs into the wall every time you turnover. The elevators at the condo were slow and we had to wait at times for 20 mins for one. The management team was great! They texted me after the first night to make sure everything was good. The condo comes with 2 beach chairs that we enjoyed. The pool was nice. I would stay here again!Some suggestions for the next guest... parking is across the street from the condo. Don't try to pull into the condo to check in. Just go to the parking deck and up to the second floor cross over. This would have been good information to have had. If it was given, I missed it.

Amazing Stay

Our stay was perfect. The resort was fabulous (wait time on the elevators were rough). The host was great to check in on us and make sure our stay was going great. The beach was easy to access- the pools were great and my teen loved the arcade. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. You will not be disappointed with this place.

We enjoyed our stay condo smelled and looked clean was happy with the rental this is our second time staying at tidewater 1st time was with a different rental company and I wouldn’t recommend them, but would definitely recommend this one since it was clean and the pricing was priced accordingly would stay here again

Spring break

We enjoyed the condo and the beach. Our only complaint was the elevators we had to wait up to 45 mins some days to get one. But the condo was nice and clean.

Everything was great except the elevators. Spent a tremendous amount of time waiting for them over a 5 day period.

Great experience, only a few suggestions.

Overall property is great. Clean and spacious. I do advise bringing your own chairs for the beach. They pick the chair rentals up at 4:30pm which is pretty early for those of us who like a later start to the day. Also master bedroom could use a black out curtain over the window. The lights at night from the hallway to enter the rooms and the sun in the morning beam in that window lighting up the room day or night. We used a blanket to reduce this light.

Long lines

The check in process is ridiculous! Why not stagger check in times so you have a smoother process and less congestion? This would also alleviate Long lines to check in. The elevator waits because of the same time check in was very frustrating! The elevator waiting time overall was frustrating as well. For this reason tidewater will not be considered again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was pretty pleasant. The room was clean and everything looked updated and nice. The view was very nice. The only complaints I have are are the hot water doesn’t last long, and the bed needs to be secured in the room. You can’t move in the bed at all without it banging into the wall. The other thing is no reflection on the owner but the elevator’s take a while and the indoor hot tub had so much chlorine it completely bleached out my suit. I would stay again. I felt like new rules kept the spring breakers in check while we were there anyway.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find our unit updated a little. The king bed could use a better mattress and the drapes need attention but we loved the new floors. We had a couple of issues but the folks at Four Star were awesome at helping resolve them. We have & would reccomend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in PCB. As for the Tidewater itself, the staff at check in were great but there were some issues with the indoor pool and the parking structure. All in all we had a wonderful time in PCB Florida!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Tidewater resort. We love the location and amenities however this condo was not near as nice as our previous stay. The carpets were very stained, no carpet pad underneath, very dirty. The king size bed was not very comfortable and bathrooms very very small. We would stay at Tidewater again but I'd be more conscientious as to which room we would choose.

I hate hearing that you didn't find the king bed to be comfortable, we've not had this complaint before but some people like harder beds and others like softer ones. I will have our office staff double-check that there are no issues with the King bed. We have a virtual walkthrough available for guests to be able to fully see the size of each bedroom and bathroom in the property, I'm sorry if that wasn't helpful enough.
