The cottage of Lou mas is located a few minutes from the Montelimar Nord motorway exit on the A7 and less than 5 minutes from the town centre of Montelimar in the picturesque village of Savasse.
In a private park of more than one hectare, in the middle of lavender fields.
You will benefit from an ideal location in an authentic quiet and privileged environment without any noise or visual nuisance.
Facing south, the only cottage of the estate with its terrace and independent entrance offers a panoramic view of the swimming pool, Mont de Savasse and the Ardèche Plateaus.
Combining Provençal Authenticity in its design and Modernity in its equipment, the cottage with a surface area of 33 M2 has a terrace of 15M2, a fitted kitchen open to the dining area, a bedroom on the first floor with a 140 cm bed, a mezzanine under the roof with sofa bed (140cm)
which is the lounge area with flat screen TV and wifi.
